We had 3 trees removed and many trees trimmed up around our house. All work was completed above our expectations. The cleanup was also amazing! Left no debris or sticks to have to clean up afterwards. Work was completed within the quoted timeframe and the agreed price. All crew members were professional and friendly to interact with. 100% will use again when we have the need!

They did an awesome job removing an enormous rotting silver maple along with another dead maple near our house. The price was great and everything was handled well. I will certainly be calling them when I need work done in the future.

Cherry Tree Services came recommended from a family member. There were 5 trees that were at risk of hitting the house if not taken down properly and I'm happy to say everything went smooth without any issues. The price was reasonable and the work ethic of the entire crew was outstanding. Thanks for a job well done at a fair price.

Messaged buckley through their website. Had a reply within 24 hrs and a phone call shortly after that. Set up a consultation with Tim the next day for him to look at my trees. Very friendly, professional and arrived right at the scheduled time. I would highly recommend them.

Buckley Tree Service has trimmed our trees twice in the past. We had great service. This year I phoned them the first week of June to set up the same tree trimming we had them do in the past. Several weeks went by and I didn't hear back from anyone. I phoned again and was told the earlier message was given to Bill and that they would let him know I still hadn't received a call. I eventually got a call from Bill and missed his call. I got the voicemail 5 minutes after he left it for me saying that there was a confusion between him and the office girl that had something to do with me not receiving a call back. He told me to call him right back if within 15 minutes or the next day. I called him back 9 minutes after he called me and I went into him voicemail. I told him that I was available anytime and I would wait for his call. He never called me back. So another week went by and I phoned the office yet again. This time I asked who was over Bill. I was told it was the owner and therefore asked if I could speak with him. I was told a message would be sent for him to call me back. That was two weeks ago. So today is July 22nd and I have never heard from Buckley since my initial call in early June. (actually possibly in May)

Not transparent AT ALL regarding pricing. Received a quote for $133 and a week later they are now charging my card $900+ with no explanation for why or a breakdown of the pricing

Arborist was great, company is not. Company has decided to stop servicing the Madison area and instead of fulfilling existing signed and accepted proposals they are selectively amending them to trivial work. This leaves me hanging with critical tree care and scrambling to find a new provider.

Would never hire nor recommend based on business practices.

This is a bad company, they ripe you off. They did 15 minutes of work on a $349
00 quote. Nobody should never use this company, they are not to be trusted.

SavATree came and gave a quote that was very good and then they came on time and did great work and cleaned up the area. Three looks great and we should be able to enjoy it for years.

FANTASTIC service! I started working with Buckley Tree Service last year, and found them to be very knowledgeable and service-oriented. This year, I had some wind damage to one of my larger trees, and Tim Harris II was OUTSTANDING! Very responsive and very generous of his time. I highly recommend Buckley to my employees and friends - great company to work with!

Spoke to someone casually about wanting my tree down eventually, but couldn’t afford it yet. Never set a date, signed a contract, or spoke to someone in the office. While cutting down my neighbors tree, they came into my property while we were not home and cut down the tree. I explained to them that the tree was not supposed to come down and we did not talk to anyone about it, but they still charged us and would not accept responsibility. Barb at the office was rude and a bully. Eventually paid just to get her off my back and stop the harassing phone calls and emails.

On Monday, March 4th we had the crew from SavaTree working on an apple tree and a crabapple tree. They pruned both. They made sure that we were in agreement as to the extent of the pruning. They cleaned up better then I would have done and when they left there was no indication that they had been there(I.e. no chips or sawdust in the grass or on they drive way). They will be getting more business from us since we have thinning of our woods which is beyond my ability to do safely.
