Anthony did a good job in cleaning windows and went on to provide extra service in cleaning the screens and inside windows that was not part of the original ask. He stayed until 8pm without dinner with one goal in completing task. He truly sets an example for commitment and quality in what he does.

Anthony was very thorough and overall very knowledgeable about cleaning gutters, especially since mine have gutter guards attached. Job well done and would recommend to anyone looking to have their gutters cleaned.

Anthony stopped by one evening asking if we had any gutters to clean out. All we had was a hard to reach valley between two steep roofs. Anthony has a video. He came by today and did the clean out very professionally and cost effective. I would use his business again.

Had an appointment and decided not to go with the product. Trying to cancel the contract, but phone number is busy. Tried calling the rep, but no answer. Apparently you can only cancel by writing them a letter. Terrible experience. I can't believe how untrustworthy this process is.

Paid more for what I thought was better quality and service and regret it. Little metal shards, screws, nails and shingle pieces left all over my house. My dog found them after I let him out ended up eating some and cutting his mouth. Had to clean it up myself because you can’t get through to there customer service. The office called me the next day and said they can get someone out to clean it up. I explained the situation and that I cleaned it up myself because I needed it done asap for the dogs sake. They said all they can do is apologize.

Leaf Filter has been the worst experience ever as a home owner.
We had our Leaf Filter system installed in May 2019. We have had leaks and drips ever since and have struggled to get anyone to return calls or come address the issue. Twice they have claimed to send a technician but we have yet to see a fix.
Now we are in the middle of Minnesota winter and have ice hanging from the roof in many areas. I expect to have damage that we will struggle even harder to have repaired.
I would recommend looking elsewhere when considering gutters and gutter protection.

WORST mistake of our life was being swayed by a slick sales presentation and then basically forced to make a decision on the spot to install these things. We were so desperate not to climb up on the roof anymore to unclog our gutters that we fell for this sales pitch. They don’t look very good from the ground, the mesh fills up with cottonwood fluff, and they bulge and ripple because the sections are so short and heat makes them twist and move. Valleys are a major issue because there is no way to miter the pieces without the mesh getting all wonky. Think you won’t have to clean these? Think again. They will need brushing and cleaning twice a year. This was not revealed to us. I will say that the ash and maple seeds did not get through the mesh except between a few sections and customer service was responsive to inquiries when water was spilling over in the valley (never was fully resolved). But after this very snowy, rainy winter, we had a 4 foot by 9” thick ice dam that formed on top of these, six feet up the valley. We are now facing inside repairs because of water that came through the ceiling when it backed up under the shingles because of ice that formed on top of the gutter guards before it snowed, but never melted. In 38 years, we have never had an ice dam. We would never recommend these, and ask that you do your homework before falling for this product and installation (which barely took two hours to slap up). It is far cheaper to hire a gutter cleaning person every year before installing these. This was the most expensive $5600+ mistake we have ever made and wish we could go back to that day to just say NO. I want our money back.

I was very impressed with LeafFilter from the beginning to the end. The salesman, Nathan, was very knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable quote on covers for under 100 ft of gutters. Bryan, the installer, did a fantastic job and was also very knowledgeable and efficient. I am happy to recommend LeafFilter.

Great experience with our Leaf Fitter rep, Mike. He was friendly, informative, and professional. The only thing I did not appreciate was the negotiating for price - vast
difference in his first price and what we landed on. Because of that, I still feel that I left money on the table- not cool.

Top notch product and at a fair price! Our sales rep Brian was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, timely, thorough and friendly. Installation was a breeze and Eli was probably the nicest human being ever. I have zero complaints about any part of the
process……. only complaint I had was to my spouse as to why it took it so long to do it. Knowing we have a quality product with a Lifetime (transferable) Warranty is
comforting…so is knowing my husband won't be climbing on the roof 3X a year to clean gutters. Thank you Brian and the entire LeafFilter team.
