Very unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone regarding tree branch removal from property. Very simple questions with very unhelpful advice

After the interaction I had with their president, I will NEVER use this company. He was most unprofessional and rude.

I highly recommend American Tree Experts. Their trimming, pruning and cleanup is wonderful.

Very capable tree service. This is the third time I have had them remove, treat and prune my trees. Would certainly recommend them.

Unfortunately we weren't here when they took down the tree but other than the tree not being there, it was hard to tell they had been here - well, a few groves from their truck in the lawn but that will grow out.

All four trees were expertly trimmed and debris nicely removed. I have used American Tree Experts many times over the past 20 years.

I called for estimate to cut a tree. The guy came after 2 weeks when the tree was already cut. He started banging at my door. When I opened, he was mad and started yelling at me saying that he drove 45 min to look at the tree for estimates and the tree was already down. My kids got scared.

Crew arrived on schedule, they listened to directions well. They did a great job trimming and removing the trees and cleaning up afterwards. I can highly recommend them to others.

My parents needed some trees cut back in their yard and this company came out, assessed and only trimmed what was necessary to help save the shady areas. They did such a good job, that I didn't even notice any saw dust mess that I have heard other companies leave all over.

American Tree Experts did a great job trimming our trees. Their crew, Mitchell and Chris, were polite and took time to answer our questions. They provided excellent, professional service.

Reached out about health concerns about some recently planted Junipers in my yard. Jesse got back to me and helped me better understand their needs and current status. Will certainly reach out again in the future for assistance with any other issues or if anything planted in the yard takes a turn for the worst!

They did a great job on a very complicated large tree removal. They were professional and careful with the tree work as well as guarding our property. The clean up work was exceptional. Nice company to deal with.
