    Don’t like giving such a low rating to a local business but want others to be aware. Misdiagnosed a furnace issue and told me I needed a new furnace. Installed a new furnace which didn’t work. Then told me I needed a new EIM board which costs about $100. Now using another company to finish the job. When they sent me an invoice it was $1,000 over what they had quoted me for the new furnace install completed which they never did. Looks like a wrong diagnosis and up charging me for questioning things when it didn’t make any sense.

We explored different options and in the end, changed my house to conventional heating and cooling. Thankfully the team was able to install my units quickly and get everything back on track. The owner went out of his way to stay in contact with me. He made a stressful situation go as smooth as possible. I am beyond grateful.
