Don’t like giving such a low rating to a local business but want others to be aware. Misdiagnosed a furnace issue and told me I needed a new furnace. Installed a new furnace which didn’t work. Then told me I needed a new EIM board which costs about $100. Now using another company to finish the job. When they sent me an invoice it was $1,000 over what they had quoted me for the new furnace install completed which they never did. Looks like a wrong diagnosis and up charging me for questioning things when it didn’t make any sense.

Lake Country Heating and Cooling were very punctual, fixed the problem with our furnace, were very neat and clean with the work they did, and were reasonably priced. This is not our first time using this company. They have put in a new air conditioning system in our home. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Lake Country has serviced my HVAC since 2010. They provide the semi-annual service on my A/C and Heating and have alerted me to small problems before they become large costly issues. The techs they send out are always very courteous.

I have recommended Lake Country to neighbors and friends. The technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and friendly.. They respond quickly to my calls for service and I have never had a problem with their service or products. Their prices are very competitive. I like their discount club option which gives me good value on twice yearly service for furnace and air conditioner.

Lake Country Heating and Cooling came to my rescue December of 2022 when my geo thermal system stopped working. I was without heat and water. We explored different options and in the end, changed my house to conventional heating and cooling. Thankfully the team was able to install my units quickly and get everything back on track. The owner went out of his way to stay in contact with me. He made a stressful situation go as smooth as possible. I am beyond grateful. I even recommended this company to a friend who also had a good experience.

Cole serviced my air conditioning unit on 6/7/24 and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Lake Country is always honest. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. Been going with them for years. Highly recommend.

Their tech, Andrew, came out 10/7, to give my furnace & AC the yearly servicing. He was exactly on time, personable, knowledgeable, and sweet to my obnoxious dogs.

Nothing but professional service. Furnace went out 2 days before negative temperatures arrived. Alex and his team were great and took care of a furnace and AC replacement in one day. Highly recommend!

Pat's technicians Alex and Lucas did an excellent job of installing a new Furnace and ac unit. Arrived as scheduled, protected the floor, explained work to be done. No skimping with Pat's. A new return duct installed to greatly improve air flow, ac electrical box replaced, exhaust pipe replaced. Workmanship was excellent and friendly. Taking time to answer my questions. With the new two speed fan, I can hardly hear it operating. Much neater installation than the old system. Communication with the office was excellent as well. Nice work Alex and Lucas. Very satisfied in working with Pat's. I highly recommend them.

We had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed recently by Pat's Heating Co. Brady and Jake were such hard working technicians. Brady was an excellent lead in explaining everything afterward. The companys' explanation of time involved was exact- done in one day.From the initial consult by Shaun and the follow-up from the friendly office to the gift of sweets, every box was checked. Brady even returned the next day to place the Lennox emblem on the furnace that was forgotten. Thank you for your friendliness, hard work, and professionalism from beginning to end. Your financing options and service and warranty info is valuable. The cost was affordable in comparison to other companies. And we loved the local and successful company. Thank you Pat's Heating!

Brady did a great job performing our fall furnace maintenance work. He performed very clean and professional work and let us know that our furnace was in good condition and is operating properly. We are, and continue to be very pleased with Pat's Heating services!

Our tech Jacob showed up on time. He was very professional and explained the steps he would take to trouble shoot our furnace. Jacob diagnosed the problem quickly and had our furnace back up and running within the hour. He performed a full tune up and also explained the annual maintainance program. He left the work area immaculate. Great experience and customer service.

Great service and experience! Started with Brandon coming over to look at a noisy blower motor. My system was 22 years old and I decided to ask him to send over a sales rep to offer me options for a whole new system replacement, instead of fixing an antiquated system. Ian showed up a short time later. we sat and went over options for a new furnace AND A/C replacement. I decided to move forward with a whole new system and they were at our house @ 7:30am the next day! Alex and Alfredo did an outstanding job with removal and installation! The turn around was so fast that I didn't have time to completely prep our property to access to the outside A/C unit. Alfredo shoveled a path on the grass from the driveway, down the hill to where the A/C unit is! Sorry Alfredo!! :) Great Job Pat's!!

Thank you to the team of Jason, Sean, Mike and Luke, who installed our Kohler generator and upped our household amperage. We are thrilled to now have back up for electrical outages. The team was polite, quiet, friendly, and courteous. Most importantly, they are all very good tradesmen. Also, thank you to Robert who initially saw us and educated us on the Kohler product with no pressure at all to buy. Thanks guys!

Jacob K. came to finish needed repairs on our old furnace after part came in. He did a great job and gave good advice too. Truly appreciate the timely service during a cold hard Winter. Thank you!!

Mark E was great. Cleaned furnace unit, made small adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency of our unit. He spent time explaining why he was doing certain procedures and how it would improve unit. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone!

Our boiler went out when the air temp was -15 and we called for emergency service. Luckily we were the first to call that night as the technician on call (Jacob) got bombarded with calls on the way to us. Upon arrival, he diagnosed and troubleshooted the issue and was having troubles getting it to work. He was on the phone with additional people working to resolve the problem and spent 4 hours on it until he got it going. Unfortunately there were other issues to fix but those would need to be done on another day but we had heat for the night. A few days later another technician (Mike) came out as he was more of the boiler expert. He was unbelievably skilled. He fixed the igniter vs selling us on another, and identified other issues that was causing additional problems that would likely never get caught by any other company. There was a fitting that wasn't working properly but they were nowhere to be found by distributors so he used his engineering skills to basically make his own. We're very appreciative of their entire staff.

Mark E. Was our technician. This is his second trip to service our home. He is very dependable and thoroughly explains things. We are on the premium maintenance plan, so I am not certain how to answer the question on price. I certainly hope it would be considered reasonable and competitively priced. We are very comfortable with Jacob being responsible for maintenance of our 2 furnaces and humidifiers
