HVAC reviews in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Russ and his guys always to quality, honest work. Kim is great too! I highly reccomend Alpha!

Russ, Kim, and their entire team has been amazing. They have serviced my business for many years and I enlisted their services via my professional experiences. I was not disappointed. They were responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced. My experience personally was beyond my expectation. Thank you for the honest, fair, and quality work you provided. ~ Tara

Always like to support the local businesses in Eagle and Alpha Heating did a great job replacing our furnace. Russ and his son are very professional, they explained everything to us, very reasonably priced, and prompt service. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair or replacement.

Russ just left our house and I can't praise them enough. I'm very thankful for the honest and straightforward truth that he provides. The family at Alpha H&C is great and we look forward to working with them for all our HVAC needs.

I am very happy to write this review. When I find someone I trust, I want to share it. I would highly recommend Alpha Heating and Cooling for these reasons:
- Russ is the best diagnostician I have seen. I think that is due to the fact that he is thorough, systematic and has a lot of experience. He was able to diagnose in 15 minutes the problem that a different company missed. That means I didn't pay for repairs that I didn't need.
- He explains the issue and options very clearly. Einstein once said "“If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself.” Russ understands it.
- He provides a variety of options while paying attention to your needs and feedback. This means that you get a solution that is tailored to your needs without overwhelming you.
- He provided the pricing upfront and then came in as promised. The price was very reasonable so he wasn't overstating the estimate.
- He never seemed to be in a rush, but was early for the appointments.
- The team called when they could come early to ensure it was OK.

I am so happy that I found Alpha and I will be calling them for all my Heating and Cooling needs.

I had a problem where WE Energies shut my furnace down. Russ was able to get out the same day to assess the problem. He reviewed the warranty info with me and was able to process it with Carrier to eliminate all the costs except the typical trip charge. Great friendly service right around the holidays. Highly recommend.

My furnace was not working. I call Alpha and Russ came out the same day. He fixed the problem quickly and his prices are reasonable. My furnace is over 10 years old and another company may have wanted to replace it. So glad I called Alpha.

AC went out on a hot August afternoon. Russ was able to get out and fix it within 1 hour. We are amazed and so thankful. Kim was great on the phone and setting up the appointment for us. Highly recommend this family owned business!

You will not go wrong working with Russ! He provides exceptional service while making sure you are comfortable with any and all repairs. He has serviced our furnace at our old home and also at our new home, we look forward to working with him to replace our unit soon! He is fair, kind and trustworthy! Thanks Russ!

Recently I needed a second opinion if I should replace my AC unit. Russ responded in just 2 days to perform the check up on my unit. Although I have an old system Russ told me " honestly just leave it it appears to be running just fine". My first quote from another company wanted to replace it for just under $10,000. Honest and professional!

Our AC decided to stop working one morning and I called Alpha to set up an appointment for repair. Russ was able to come out that date and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his truck, so he was able to fix it right way! Prompt, fair, and friendly service! I would recommend to everyone!

We had to replace our 20 year old HVAC system. Russ came over to talk about our project he took the time to answer all our questions we had Alpha heating and cold replace our whole system we are very happy with our new system. We highly recommend Alpha Heating and cooling great company to work with. Thank You again Russ & Kim and crew

Amazing company! They did a great job and very affordable!!!

Air conditioning stopped cooling, Alpha was able to come out next day and fix it. Tech was very friendly and easy to work with, same with the woman I scheduled with on the phone. Highly recommend!

Russ and the crew always right on time with fast friendly, fair priced service!!

We needed a new Air conditioner, Russ at Alpha came over, went through several options with us, he answered questions over several days and took time to come back and reevaluate some things with us. The service is above and beyond 5 stars, they go out of their way to be sure you are satisfied. The products they offer are fantastic! The installation was professional and on time. They have changed the way our home cools. We have never had so much air movement in the 20+ years we have lived here. We highly recommend Alpha Heating and Cooling. They're an excellent company!

Great company! Very fast and the most affordable I’ve seen in a while!

Russ did a phenomenal job at diagnosing the issue with our furnace. Honest and excellent insight- I would recommend Alpha to everyone

Alpha Heating and Cooling has been a godsend for my family since we moved to Wisconsin almost 3 years ago. Our relationship with them started when we were in desperate need for heat a couple winters back and after contacting a couple companies for help, we realized quickly that Alpha’s customer service is par to none. At the time, we had a 1 year old and Russ and the team did not miss a beat and said they would send someone over within the next hour to get our heat back up and running.

Our relationship with Alpha only continued from there and it’s due to their professionalism, immense knowledge and everyone on the team’s kindhearted nature (shout out to Kim who is the operations manager of sorts - she’s amazing!) that we continue to do business with them today. Recently they replace our 27 year old air conditioner and equally older furnace and the work they did was fantastic. They made sure to take the time to explain how everything works (the new technology and potential energy savings etc.) which is something I very much appreciated as a detail oriented person. If you are in search of HVAC services and you are looking for a great (family owned) company with integrity and wonderful people, then look no further than Alpha Heating and Cooling! You won’t regret it!

Owner Russ is outstanding! This is the 2nd time needing their services and Russ is friendly and professional. He also explains everything in an easy to understand manner. Fair and affordable. Repaired quickly and we are feeling cool relief!!!Also Russ shared information on some govt incentives and rebates (and for us we are more on the sooner than later in thinking about replacement ). His honest and no pressure approach way of doing business is always appreciated!

Adam and Payton did a great job, my furnace is running like a fine Swiss watch.
Bring on the cold, I’m ready!
Thanks guys!
