Absolutely horrendous experience.

Scheduled for gutter guard installation — less than a week before the date, they email (not call or text) to reschedule to the following Friday. No option to pick a time, just shoved a new slot on our calendar. Odd, since we had been texting and speaking by phone before — then suddenly they switch to email only to cancel? Fine, I let that slide.

But come the new appointment — nothing. Two hours pass, no truck, no call, no text. I have a newborn baby and had to miss work twice to be home for this. When I finally reach out, I’m told their truck had issues. A simple courtesy call would’ve gone a long way, but apparently that’s too much to ask.

Then they say they’ll “try to work after hours” to make it up — which their own contractor later admits they can’t do. When I asked for a discount for all the wasted time and no-shows, I was told “the relationship has turned.” Excuse me? The relationship turned because you failed to show up — twice? And also gave them flexibility on top of that for that day..

Their excuse: they do 4–6 jobs a day. Yet somehow can’t pick up the phone for a two-minute call? Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and careless. I understand things happen — but not twice, not like this, and certainly not with zero accountability.

Avoid this company at all costs.

To clarify — Panther Exteriors is the company that sold and scheduled this installation. When the installer failed to show up, I called Panther directly. I was then contacted by someone named Houston, who said he worked for the subcontractor that Panther told me they own. So if Panther isn’t responsible… who is? The contractor represents Panther — your team made that clear.

And if this review somehow “doesn’t pertain to Panther,” please advise exactly where you believe it should be posted — because all scheduling, communication, and coordination originated with Panther. If the job went well, Panther would take credit. When it didn’t — Panther tries to distance itself.

Additionally — after I posted my review, your subcontractor contacted me past 9PM, despite knowing we have a newborn. The timing and tone came across as an attempt to pressure or intimidate me for leaving an honest review, which is completely inappropriate.

It’s a shame — I have many friends and coworkers moving forward with major exterior home projects like new roofs and gutters. I would have gladly recommended Panther. Instead, the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has now cost you not only this job, but significant future business.

I’m still open to updating this review if Panther resolves this properly. Until then, my experience stands — and it absolutely does pertain to Panther.

Panther exteriors did a great job on my roof and siding after the recent hail storm! Lance was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had.

I have sent a couple folks to Panther Exteriors and they have been extremely responsive, professional, and have amazing customer service. I was unlucky enough to have needed a roof before knowing Panther Exteriors and that project did not go well at all. Panther is the only place i'll ever call for my exterior projects.

We got several quotes for our roof. Panther came in competitive. Lance was great to work with. They replaced our roof, gutter guards, some minor siding repairs and rebuilt our weathervane. Panther really stood out because Lance who worked on our home also was the person who quoted us so there was no disconnect between sales and the completed product. I highly recommend panther exteriors and Lance.

We just recently had our roof replaced by Panther. Lance, Dawn, Adam, and the roofing crew were great to work with! They were very honest, professional, and reliable throughout the entire process, from first call, through all the work, and even when paying after the job was done to my satisfaction. They were very up front about their pricing and timelines before we started, and there were no hidden fees of any kind. I would gladly recommend working with them on any project. Oh, and the roof looks great!! Thanks to the whole Panther team for making this process easy for us.

The crew showed up promptly and did a super job of getting the ice dam in my gutters thawed. Then they coordinated with another firm to do the gutter repair work. I thought it was a littler pricey at first but when I realized that they prevented some major damage I realized it was a fair price. They also took pictures of my roof and that will be helpful when I plan for future repairs.

Fantastic experience with Panther Exteriors. Lance and Adam were phenomenal to work with. They were both highly responsive and made sure we were fully taken care of from start to finish. If you are looking for honest and straight-forward advice, look no further. Highly recommend them if you are looking for roof and/or gutter repairs.

They are great to deal with. They roofed our house and roofed and sided a shed. They came when they said they would - cleaned up everything. I would suggest their invoice wpi;d have 2 options - credit card and a price for checks.

I contacted Panther for a patch job on my siding after a new deck was installed. One of the few that do a small job instead of the hard sell for a whole house residing. Truly appreciate that! They were so accommodating to my needs and went above and beyond also fixing a few “holes” that were found! Reasonable price and excellent customer service ! Thanks Panther! 🤩

We've used Panther for some siding repairs in the past and most recently for gutter replacement at our condo association. The gutter project included gutter guards and was completed during winter under less than ideal weather conditions. The work was performed on four separate buildings very quickly and professionally, and we were very satisfied with the results.

I had a very stressful situation with our builder regarding a repair that we were told was no longer under warranty. We felt stuck and unsure of what to do next. That’s when Panther Exteriors stepped in and completely changed the experience for us.

Bryan and his team went above and beyond by providing a time-stamped photo of our home, clearly showing that the issue occurred while it was still under warranty. That level of honesty and transparency meant everything to us. They didn’t have to do that — but they chose integrity.

Because of their documentation and support, we were able to address the issue properly with the builder. It’s rare to find a company that stands firmly behind facts and advocates for homeowners the way Panther Exteriors did.

Professional, responsive, and genuinely ethical — I highly recommend Panther Exteriors to anyone who wants a company that truly stands by their work and their customers.

The bad hailstorm of 4/18/25 necessitated us getting a new roof and gutters/downspouts for my home in Oregon, WI. We chose Panther from 3 estimates. There were VERY patient as my girlfriend took her time choosing the shingles, gutters and downspouts. When we finally decided, they scheduled us and did the work quickly and competently. We have had just one minor issue = they removed our old satellite dish, but left the wire hanging from the roof, so we have to figure out how to remove that. But that is not a big deal. Overall, we highly recommend Panther.

In October of 2025 we had our roof and siding replaced due to hail damage that occurred during the spring. We also had gutter guards and new downspouts installed.
Bryan Waldrop at Panther Exteriors was very professional, friendly and easy to work with and the advice he gave us actually saved us money. He handled the insurance claim perfectly and everything flowed smoothly. The best advice he gave us was to replace our very old aluminum siding with Alside Ascend 7" Plank siding with an R- value of 2+. We can actually feel that our 2-story home is much more evenly heated and the furnace only runs about half the time that it usually does during this below zero weather we are having.
Adam, the crews and office personnel were all extremely professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend all the services we had from Panther.

Called Panther Exteriors to install a gutter and downspout on my house - glad I did! Jeff was quick to come out to discuss the work and provide me an estimate the same day. A few days later the crew came out to perform the installation. Everyone I encountered from the time I made the initial call to job completion was sooo friendly and respectful - a pleasure to work with. I am a 100% satisfied customer that is extremely happy with the quality of the work performed.

After a hail storm, we needed a new roof. We had multiple "storm chaser" companies stop by. We wanted to use someone local. We are so happy we did. Ken was amazing to work with! Helped us deal with the insurance company claim and adjustor. Our roof looks fantastic and a smooth process. Would highly recommend.

Last spring (2025) our house was damaged by hail. We had numerous contractors and appraisers review the damage and give cost estimates for the repairs required. After meeting with multiple companies we selected Panther Exteriors to do the repair job for us (replacement of our siding and trim). Josh Weinbauer worked with us on the estimate and provided some assistance on dealing with my insurance company. Josh was also present when the work was done, making sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the project! Dealing with Josh and the workers was easy and the work they did looks terrific!

After being hit by a hail storm I found my roof, siding and gutters to be damaged. Lance and the crews did an amazing job and he even worked with my insurance company to make sure they quoted me appropriately for the damage.

He was very flexible with my personal schedule and everything was done right the first time. I highly recommend Panther Exteriors for your exterior projects. I found out they are a local family owned business with a very professional staff. They strive to do 100% every time and offer an amazing labor warranty. I will definitely be using them again for future projects and will be recommending them to friends and family. *brick hasn't been painted yet by myself but the siding, roof and gutters Panther completed.

Ken was great to work with. We believe he gave us a fair quote and stuck to it. He didn't "disappear" after the deposit was sent. Communication was great, and all our questions answered.

The work crew was fantastic as well. They cleaned up everything when they were done, and in really hot, humid weather.

The roof is complex and about three stories, with many, many peaks and valleys. It looks great. The garage had about five layers of old shingles and they removed them all before replacing the roof. They also did new siding on both the house and garage.

The siding and gutters look beautiful - it's like we got a new home and didn't have to move!

We recommend them without reservation and are glad a friend referred them to us!

I couldn’t be happier with the work completed on my home! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual and incredibly skilled. Installation with precision and care included a brand-new roof, gutters and gutter guards, shutters and also included replacement of woodpecker damaged wood on the front of my house. Every detail was handled beautifully and the final result exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear throughout the entire process and Lance made sure I was informed and comfortable with each step matching colors perfectly, and project managed all the work completed.
The crew was respectful of my property, tarped all landscaping and areas around the house and completed everything earlier than expected. I look forward to working with you again on future projects!

Jeff did a good job cleaning the exterior of our 2-story house, windows and our concrete driveway. We were impressed with the initial results of his work, however he did not return as promised to resolve an issue with our siding.
