Powerwashing of a concrete pool deck was performed. Jeff was informative, professional and efficient-the job well done.

I immediately agreed to quoted price, and followed up multiple times to try to get confirmation. I was told, "I'll get you on my schedule for next week," but never heard back.

Edit: I understand that things come up and plans change, but we had a verbal agreement to take advantage of an upcoming week of nice weather (early November 2020). If I had been given notice that the plans fell through, I could have contracted with someone else. I have no idea what the reference to "bashing other countries" means in the owner's response. I was consistently respectful in all our interactions. He just never called me back.

2nd Edit: This will be my last edit. I see "countries" has been changed to "companies" in the owner's response. I'm not interested in bashing this business. If the owner has really been in quarantine for two months, I assume it's due to COVID, and I don't want to punish him for getting sick. But when the response is immediate, forceful dishonesty, it's a little hard to just let it go. Why not just reply with, "hey, sorry for the mix-up?" I would have happily removed the review.

Jeff from Madison Window Services did a great job washing the exterior of our house. 5 years of dirt has been washed away and my house is white again. He removed the screens and washed the window casings. He even washed the mildew from my porch railings. Jeff was professional and called back in a timely manner. I was able to get my window cleaning set up on his calendar and he confirmed prior to come in. Jeff was on time and professional inside and outside our home. My husband said jokingly the birds are going to run into the windows because they look so clear. We will definitely be setting up another service with Jeff for power and pressure washing our house.

I would definitely recommend Madison Window Services to anyone interested in a soft wash of their house. All the mold on the gutters and algae on the siding is gone. The materials used will keep the house clean for a few years. Service was friendly, professional, complete, and the cost was very reasonable. This is an after picture. You’ll just have to imagine this surface streaked with algae before.
