Nicole and her staff were kind and compassionate during the whole process. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us valuable information to help keep us from a re-infestation. We would not have been able to prep for the extermination.

Nicole is very kind, caring, and professional. She responded quickly to my inquiry and explained everything to me in detail. My dad was in the hospital when Nicole went to look at the apartment prior to preparing an estimate. I was unable to get to his apartment that day, but she met with the property manager and then prepared and sent over the estimate the same day. Nicole patiently answered all of my questions before and after the work was completed. There was so much to be done that we could not do ourselves. Nicole and her team worked quickly, very thoroughly, and just did a fantastic job. They made an extremely difficult time so much easier to deal with than it would have been otherwise. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding business! The morning I emailed requesting a quote, they came in person to the building that afternoon and gave me a quote for 24 huge windows on our historic building. I had told them 25 windows that morning and they were the only company that told me I have 24 windows! Very courteous and very professional! Very disappointed in services. Cost $185 for 15 minutes. Did not clean drain spouts and was quoted fee that this would be done. Go to another company for gutter and spout cleaning. Then afterI posted the negative post, I was told he would come back and do spouts, which was NOT done. I was at the house when he came and charged $185 for cleaning gutters and down spouts. I asked you why I didn't hear water running and how could he could have gotten this done. You told me they were clear. WRONG..I paid someone else to finish the job.

Our "new to us" 20 year old home looked like it had never been washed. I called it our Haunted House because it was so moldy and gloomy. Jake worked very hard to get even the super old stains off the gutters and siding. The window cleaning after was amazing because they too, hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. We hired Brett to do gutter cleaning and pressure washing our house as well as other miscellaneous jobs and he way over delivered!! I wish my own son would work as hard as him. Diane is wonderful! She is honest, flexible, responsive, thorough, and reliable... like REALLY reliable! I had a one-time cleaning of my basement done, because I had it waterproofed. They had to jackhammer concrete down there and re-concrete it.That real fine concrete dust everywhere, plus the preexisting dirt and cobwebs that come with an unfinished basement. The workers were efficient as well as thorough. Floors, rafters, stored items etc. all got cleaned! I will for sure use them again!
