I called because they are LG authorized repair facility, when my fridge died. Rather than just making the appointment, they told me that I was likely covered under an extended warranty that was part of a class action suit against LG.
This showed great character and ethics. I called LG and sure enough it was. LG authorized the repair and had my fridge repaired for free. This would have otherwise been a $1000 repair that another local company happily scheduled without any of the extra info.

I don’t leave many reviews, but I have to give a shout out to LCHS. They were able to schedule us in 2 days, communicated their arrival, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem accurately, and had the replacement parts installed in 30 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and no BS. Exactly how a professional company should be. 5+ stars!

They work on Samsung (not everyone does). I talked to them Monday, they scheduled me for Wednesday with a two hour arrival window. After a quick exam, Dean found the broken hose. He told me he’d look for a replacement. Two hours later he called and said he found one and he was coming back to finish it.
This is the 2nd time I’ve used them (dryer last year), and they’re very good, efficient, and friendly.

This is a great company. A&E allows me to use them when they are behind on servicing my refrigerator, which has had numerous issues. I can get service within 3-5 days, techs are phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed repair for our LG gas dryer. We've used Lake Country in the past and they are THE BEST. They treat you as if you're their only client. Dean was the technician who took care of us and he couldn't have been nicer. Fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend them!!!

We recently moved into a new home with a dishwasher that did not meet our expectations. We called into Lake country appliance repair and had service within the next day and the dishwasher is actually functioning extremely well. Highly recommend.

From my first phone call to completing the repair my experience was exceptional. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone concerned. Their response was quick, honest and I'm sure the refrigerator has been fixed properly. They immediately informed me about a warranty that I wasn't aware of saving me the cost of the compressor.

They were able to squeeze us in due to cancellation they had. Dean was transparent with his arrival time as well as the issue with the washer. He did his diagnosis and tried a new part but that didn't solve the problem. Dean explained the issue and said "while its repairable its going to cost almost as much as a new washer and that's if everything goes right." I appreciate his honesty and recommendation to purchase a new one versus up selling me on the the ability to repair the broken one.

Our first time using Lake Country. Dean was the service technician and he diagnosed our washing machine problem quickly, had the part ordered and fixed the next week. Very impressed with the straight-forward honest service. Will definitely use them again!

The experience I had with Lake Country Home Services was wonderful. They were proactive on what needed to be repaired before they came out so I didn't have to deal with them coming back because of a part they didn't have. The technician Dean was very nice and knowledgable. Based on my first experience with them, I will call them for anything needing repaired in my home. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Dean was great! After having two other technicians in, he was able to solve the problem quickly. He has access to higher level support which is exactly what we needed. The only problem I had was getting a clear understanding of what the charges would be, trip charge and then minimum fee. It wasn't bad but I would have liked to know this up front.

Do not hire them at all. They came and opened my appliance , said it needed a part, came back again and then said it Could not be fixed. They left the whole thing and parts opened up and refused to put them back together. They charged me $157 for nothing. When I asked this man to put it back the way it was he just refused and said it would be another $95 to do that. What a scam !!!! #Never go to this company

Ok- Here is a long one. My husband and I purchased a Fischer & Pykel range from Grand Appliance in Brookfield. During delivery we were informed that the regulator was missing. After nearly 4 days of being ignored by the store, the manager of Grand turned our service over to Noelle of Lake Country. She went above and beyond what could be expected to locate missing parts, not once, but TWICE (Grand really did not inspect this range before delivery) and sent service members Dean and Jeremy on two occasions (the electrician Grand recommended did not properly install the outlet). Dean went out of his way to attempt to figure out the electrical issue- even though it clearly was not his responsibility to do so! Every member of the Lake Country team has been kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and amazingly patient with every issue during this process. I will ALWAYS be contacting Lake Country for any appliance repair needs I have and am confident in referring friends and family to them as well. I only wish they sold appliances to avoid dealing with disreputable sales representatives!

No problems with Lake County Appliance Repair. Friendly tech, fast set up and phone calls, good times and there when they say they will be there.

Lake Country was fast and reliable with our repair. Answered all questions prior to coming out and helped guide me through the warranty process with LG. Just had to pay the out of pocket cost for labor. Very pleased with the customer service.
