    I called because they are LG authorized repair facility, when my fridge died. Rather than just making the appointment, they told me that I was likely covered under an extended warranty that was part of a class action suit against LG. This showed great character and ethics. I called LG and sure enough it was. LG authorized the repair and had my fridge repaired for free. This would have otherwise been a $1000 repair that another local company happily scheduled without any of the extra info.

    They work on Samsung (not everyone does). I talked to them Monday, they scheduled me for Wednesday with a two hour arrival window. After a quick exam, Dean found the broken hose. He told me he’d look for a replacement. Two hours later he called and said he found one and he was coming back to finish it. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them (dryer last year), and they’re very good, efficient, and friendly.
