Horrible experience with this company. Paid over $260 for repairing dishwasher and still not working. Plus, service person was over 30 minutes late because he was stocking his truck for next weeks calls. Forgetting who the customer is!

I’ve had appliance Masters repair my 20-year-old range 20-year-old washer and a 20-year-old dryer never had a problem after they fixed it great technicians polite knowledgeable were within the timeframe each occasion highly recommend calling them for any of your whirlpool appliances the girl in the office was very pleasant

I called them to do warranty service on a four month old stove. I had to book an appointment a week and a half out. I'm OK with that--means they have a lot of business! Today they were supposed to be here to do the service at 5 pm. I waited until 520, called and left them a message because they were out of the office, and then finally had to leave because I had other appointments that night. At 6 pm a number I don't know calls, says they are supposed to be coming to do service. I said you were supposed to be here at 5. Without even so much as an apology, he argues with me that they don't set appointments. I said where was my call that you were going to be late? He told me well I'm running behind. I'm in a city 20 minutes away. Will you be home then? I said no we now need to reschedule and he said that IF we reschedule there will not be a set time. I have no desire to do business with them after that experience.
