    FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE DON’T CALL THESE PEOPLE. Unless you’re into your repair man ripping your vinyl floor in the middle of your kitchen, and then blaming you for it. Because it’s actually not a floor, it’s a “thin covering.” Worst experience I have EVER had. I’ll be filing with the BBB.

    Very unpleasant experience. I was charged $114 for nothing!!! He claimed the computer was damaged on my washer from a power surge and said it would cost more to fix it then it’s worth. I called another appliance tech who came out and was able to fix the washer by simply resetting the computer in less than 10 minutes and charged me nothing. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!! Rip off central!!!

    The control switch on my washer wasn't working properly to start the wash cycle. All Brand Appliance returned my call promptly and sent a repairman the next day. He diagnosed and replaced the switch quickly. Very happy with the service we got!
