Solid Tree Care is a great company and the owner, Sheldon was great to work with. We had a very large tree in our yard that was starting to split and we wanted it taken down before a storm did it for us. Prior to deciding to use this company we had several estimates done. None of the competitors that came out had the kind of customer service Sheldon did. In fact, he was the only one that came to the door and introduced himself and looked at the tree with us so we had a better understanding of the scope of work that needed to be done. His pricing is very fair, actually lower than most of the other companies. When he and his team completed the work you couldn’t even tell they had been here, they did a great job of cleaning everything up. We have a lot of trees on our property and if we ever need work done again, we will not hesitate to call Solid Tree care.

Would highly recommend this company. The price we were quoted was very reasonable.we had them take down one large tree and one small tree. While they were here I asked them if they could quote me on trimming my pine trees?He gave me a very good deal and had time to do that also today! they cleaned up all their mess left nothing behind very professional I would highly recommend them!!

I was very impressed with the safe & efficient manner in which they removed my tree. Being very careful not to damage the other trees & plantings around it. I thought it would have been I possible considering how extremely tight the area was but they did the work skillfully. I know because I have done this work in the past and am just getting a little too old to do it now. KUDOS ON A JOB WELL DONE 👍!

Incredible experience, I called around 6pm and Sheldon was at my house in 30 minutes assessing and creating a plan for a large fallen branch on a neighbor's garage roof. He and Ethan were here at 10am the next day, squeezed me in between jobs and took care of everything in under an hour. Sheldon (owner) even worked with me on a low cost option and placed the branches/logs he cut up near my garage for firewood instead of charging me to haul out. Super reasonable, knowledgeable and professional dudes who do fast thorough work. I HIGHLY recommend Solid Tree Care

Sheldon and his team did some work for me last year. They gave me a full overview of what I was looking at and went above and beyond to help me. Best tree service out there. Going to use them again now for a bigger project. He was more than reasonable on the price and gave me a full description of what I need done and why. Would recommend to anyone who needs any type of tree work done!

We had a great experience with Solid Tree Care. We had them remove a tree and grind the stump. The tree was near the power line to our house and Sheldon did all the coordinating with WE Energies to have them drop the power line so the tree could be safely removed.

Where they really impressed me was with keeping the lawn protected and cleaning up afterwards. They put down plywood mats prior to driving any machinery onto our lot. Afterwards, they cleaned up all the small twigs and moved the stump grindings to a wooded area of our lot. This is not something that other tree companies I have worked with have done, so it was much appreciated.

They also had very reasonable pricing, especially for the level of service they provide.

It was a pleasure working with Sheldon and Logan. They removed a dead ash tree in a very safe manner without any incidental damage to my garage, house, or shed. Sheldon worked with WE energies to drop my service line in order to safely drop the tree. In addition, they did some pruning of a very large silver maple tree. Sheldon and Logan took extra care to not damage the lawn and their clean up was excellent. Highly recommended for your tree service needs, whether it is removal or trimming and pruning, would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks guys, truly appreciate your work and dedication!

Esmirna and Nicole (Team 1) did a terrific job with a "move out" clean job for my mother's condo. I was particularly impressed to see Larry (the owner) stop by with water for his team mid-project and to see how things were going from my perspective. Great performance from top to bottom.

Monique and Kaitlyn did a fantastic job cleaning our home the weekend before Christmas, I had hurt my knee on Friday and had planned to clean my home that Saturday but couldn't I could barely walk. I called Saturday Morning and they were here that afternoon. Saved my day!! Thank you so much Monique and Kaitlyn for help me out. It was truly a blessing.

The cleaners were very pleasant and did a good job. Bree and Lynn are effeciant and terrific.

Esmirna and Nicole, Team 1, cleaned our family lake home and did an amazing job! They cleaned like it was their own home and the whole place is now sparking clean. They used Murphy's oil soap on all the woodwork and wiped all the binds too. It looks beautiful! Thanks Ladies!!!

I made a mistake on my 1st review. My normal crew is Katelyn and Norma. They are a awesome team. My 1st review Monique and Nicky subbed and they also were great. I have used Molly Maids out here in Lake Country sine I moved here 4 years ago. I had previously used their service in Shorewood. I am a single guy and I do not have the time , Molly Maid get's it done.

Molly Maid did a fantastic job in getting our house clean. We wanted to WOW the new owners. They walked in and 1st comment was WOW !! All workers were very professional and worked well as a team.

Deanna and Elle of Molly Maids of Lake Country do a great job cleaning our house. They are very thorough and fast, as well as very friendly. It is great coming home to a clean house. Very pleased with their service.

They don't want NEW Business. Larry, the manager, sets up time for his team to arrive - confirms but does not show up. Calls and cancels at the time of scheduled arrival. Is highly impolite and unprofessional. Highly, recommend taking your business elsewhere these folks are unreliable.

Review in detail:
We had scheduled for a clean up. The manager, Larry, gave us a time slot of 10 am - 2 pm for the team to clean 3 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment. He also mentioned that they would contact us the day prior to let us know the exact time.

One - there was no call from the team on the day prior to the appointment. We had to call and check if they were still coming.

Larry was unavailable to confirm. But he did call later in the evening and we agreed to a 10 - noon time slot for the team to arrive.

Second - On the day of the appointment, around 10:30 am, he calls and says his team cannot make it.
We had already planned and prepared for the team.

Third - On our conversations about the reasons for cancellation, Larry was disrespectful and said our time window was too tight for his team to be available. This is highly disappointing when we had mutually agreed on the time window ( 3 weeks prior and just the day before as well). He clearly said that they have to give priority to old businesses and can't keep up to the commitment of team that they agreed on the day prior. On calling out his unprofessionalism he started quoting unforeseen factors as the reason for the cancellation (car broke down). Unfortunately its difficult to believe reasons when they start to vary within the same call. This simply shows his opportunistic behavior and inability to deliver on their commitment. Highly, recommend taking your business elsewhere these folks are unreliable.

We have been customers of Molly Maid of Lake Country since summer of 2011! We had quite a few different services prior and never quite had the right fit, but now we have been so very happy! Jessica and Ashley are a great team, and we are so grateful to have them making our lives easier (and cleaner!)!

I have a toddler and work full time at home. When my sister was coming to visit I decided to have them over to do a good clean. I had team #1 I feel super horrible because I don't remember their names. They were so on top of everything. I never in my life have seen my sink so clean. Everything I asked them to do they went above and beyond. I will be using them once a month for deep cleaning. If you are like me and really have no time or hate cleaning this service really is worth it.
