I had my wood floors cleaned today. The team did a fantastic job on the floors! They dried quickly and look and smell amazing. Great service! Will definitely have them come again!

Molly Maid of Lake Country are doing an excellent job of cleaning my elderly father’s condo. His wood floors shine and his place looks great after they clean. They show up when they say they will and never disappoint. Highly recommend.

My experience with Molly Maids was highly disappointing. Despite discussing specific cleaning tasks, my cabinets were neglected, counters left streaked with food residue, and floors still had marks. When I voiced my concerns to the owner, the response was dismissive and almost argumentative, downplaying the issues as "a few spots of things missed." Frustratingly, the promised cabinet cleaning was entirely overlooked. This lack of attention to detail and unprofessional response make it difficult to recommend Molly Maids.

Molly maid is a great cleaning service. All the crew were professional and did nice work in cleaning the house. I am impressed about the business and hope it runs awesome in coming years.

Last Friday 3/1 I had a move out clean done of my house. I was told on Monday that my house was in bad condition according to the girls and that it took extensive cleaning. While I did admit that the master bedroom bathroom shower area needed elbow grease, I told Larry that the rest of the house was in a clean condition as it was always in a "showing" state for buyers. I was also told that the hallway bath needed good scrub down. I told Larry that the hallway bath was a complete flip and had not even been getting used. I then sent Larry pictures of my home and was told that due to not seeing the "exact" condition my home was in he could only offer me $25 off. I also told him to call my realtor to vouch for the condition of my home and he did not. Drawers, cabinets and closets were not wiped out either. Completely unsatisfied and have warned my realtor and advised her to let the Lake Country area know to never use the Pewaukee branch.

This was our first experience with Molly Maid. The ladies arrived on time and did a very good job cleaning our apartment. The ladies were professional and courteous!

The team did a phenomenal job cleaning today. Every room sparkled and the extra touches were very much appreciated. The kitchen looks amazing!!

Nicole is the best cleaner I have ever had, and I am 73. Her standards are high, and she cheerfully helps me with things I can’t handle alone. She treats me like a friend, not just a usual customer.

Terrible experience. Called just to check out the pricing and options for a quote and they insisted on taking my card info even tho I was just trying to compare companies. I was told it’s fine we just put it on file and you can cancel at any time.
After a bit of confusion I tried to cancel and it turned into some big argument with the owner…. Terrible customer service. I could care less about having to cancel and clean myself. But holy cow, the customer service especially from the owner himself is insane. Probably the worst conversation I’ve have with a business in a while. I fully expect a wild response from them as this guy got sooo mad on the phone just from a simple phone call. But 0/10 recommend

I scheduled a deep clean with Molly Maid before starting recurring service and was very clear about expectations during the walkthrough with the owner — I wanted a true deep clean including baseboards, vents, fixtures, and switches.

Three cleaners came for about two hours, which seemed unrealistic for that scope. While some areas were done well (showers, oven, countertops), many others were missed. Baseboards — which were specifically discussed during the walkthrough — weren’t scrubbed, several fixtures and vents weren’t touched, light switches were still dirty, and the floors were mopped without being vacuumed first, leaving dog hair pushed into corners.

After I reached out, the owner did send a crew back, which I appreciated, but many of the same issues remained. When I decided not to continue service, the owner’s response was dismissive and defensive — rather than taking accountability, he suggested our expectations were unrealistic and minimized the issues we pointed out which was especially odd since we had done a walk through together and some of the things he pointed out as areas they would clean were areas that were eventually missed by his own crew.

Some effort was made, but the service did not meet the standards promised for a deep clean, and the owner’s attitude afterward made the experience even more disappointing.

I have used MM of Lake Country for over two years. My home is large but the team persevered to learn how to clean my home and specifics of different rooms. Even cleaning tables outside on the deck or by the pool. I'm very happy.

I have been using Molly Maid for over a year with satisfaction. Bre & Lynn are a great duo and do a great job taking care of my home. The owner is communicative and responsive to my last minute requests of schedule adjustments to personal issues and understanding of my personal requests.
