Molly Maid of Lake Country and the team of Sue and Nicky have been cleaning for us for over a year. When I walk in the door and see the glistening floors, the carpets vacuumed, the counter-tops and bathrooms spotless...my heart leaps. Every other week, I know our home receives the deep-cleaning I am unable to do. They take care of everything like it's their own and leave a note about anything I need to know for my next visit. I highly recommend them!

Molly Maid has the most professional team of cleaners. Sue, Kathryn and Nicky are amazing and very thorough. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Monique, Brittany and Kaitlyn are also extraordinary. I would highly recommend Molly Maid of Lake County

Molly Maid has been helping me in my home for 10 months and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. Karlee and Ciara are the two that come to my home weekly. We hired Molly Maid of Lake Country to clean and keep up our home after we moved. The owners of this franchise are scrupulously honest and dependable, which was of the utmost importance because we were effectively leaving the house in their hands after relocating out of state. Feedback from all real estate agents was that the house positively gleamed. All work was completed on the agreed upon dates, and for a fair price.

Kaitlyn & Monique have been cleaning our house for three months. My wife and I are extremely happy with their cleaning, they are very thorough in their work.
Our scheduled cleaning is once a month.

Update:

After three months Kaitlyn & Monique did not return to clean our house. The ladies that Molly Maid sent to our house were terrible. They did not listen to our requests and even lied to us claiming they performed our requests. We have since CANCELED our services with Molly Maid.

Very disappointing, overpriced and underdelivered. What was billed as a 'deep clean' was in fact a mediocre basic cleaning with areas overlooked (inside of microwave, dusting, window sills, floors swept, etc.). Great job on the bathrooms and wiping down kitchen appliances and countertops. The rest was a rush job.

Molly Maid is very professional and responsive. I have used a number of cleaning companies in the past (both locally and in different cities), and am very satisfied with the cleanliness of my house. Just as importantly, Larry, the owner is very professional and easy to work with. Even when I had a concern, he took the time to listen/understand and provided a solution.

We just started using Molly Maid of Lake Country a month ago, but we've been very impressed with team assigned to us (Monique & Brittany). They're very efficient and the house is in great order when they're done. Definitely recommend them.

As a busy mom with two toddlers, my house goes from "clean" to "disaster" faster than you can say, "No, don't spill tha...". I have used Molly Maid for over a year now and I'm constantly relieved when they come. They always do a great job and leave the house cleaner than my hubby and I could possibly get it ourselves in the same time frame. They make my life so much easier - keeping my house clean feels more manageable thanks to them.
One additional major reason I love their service so much is their flexibility. If I have people visiting or I have an important Zoom meeting, they are always so understanding and helpful if I need to move my cleaning dates around. This is just one more way they reduce my stress and my mess.

We had our own cleaning lady for 30 years and she just retired. We thought she was irreplaceable but we were wrong. Molly Maid of Lake Country is wonderful. Monique and Brittany are professional, friendly and our house is spotless. We are definitely continuing with Molly Maid!

I'm extremely happy with my cleaning crew (Jessica, Ashley and/or Amber) from Molly Maid of Lake Country. Jessica has cleaned my house through 3 different owners of the business and the service has remained consistently good. Communication with the office is good and they have always been able to accommodate schedule changes on my end when I've asked.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Molly Maids. They were able to fit me in within a day of providing an estimate. The two ladies who came to clean were very efficient and did an excellent job. My apartment hasn't been this clean since I moved in. The surfaces literally shined!

I plan to continue this service every other week and would recommend to anyone who needs their home cleaned. It is such a weight off my shoulders to have a clean home and not stress about how I'm going to find time to vacuum, mop, dust, etc.

I saw that someone posted about the pricing. It was stated to me at the time of the estimate that they charge on an hourly basis. So if they only took 40 minutes to clean the place, I would be charged for an hour. I was also told about the credit card fee.

I contacted Molly Maids a week ago regarding cleaning an apartment that was recently vacated. They were very responsive and messaged and called me back right away. I then scheduled a clean for the following week. They gave me a quote at that time for 200-300 based on the size and bedrooms. That seemed affordable and reasonable. The week following up to the clean, they texted me every day with different questions about the apartment such as the state it was in, if it was a rental and such. I was told it was a two person crew. The day before they were scheduled to come clean I was told that the quote changed and it could be up to 350. I agreed to this price. I was contacted the day after the clean and told that I would need to pay 700 as the house needed more extensive cleaning. I was not contacted during the clean to be informed of this significant change in price. The cleaning quality was okay. I was just super disappointed in the lack of communication about the significant price change as well as felt that there was not honesty in the amount of cleaning time necessary. They did compensate me by allowing me to only pay 500 due to this lack of communication. I was disappointed as I was hoping to utilize their services on a frequent basis but instead will search out another company.

We’ve been using Molly Maid for a few months now and they’ve been great. The staff is professional and friendly and they do a really good job cleaning our home. Hiring Molly Maid has saved us so much time and stress. I wish we would have done it earlier!

We use Molly Maids of Lake Country for cleaning our lake condo. Even though we are only seasonal customers they always treat like we are regulars. They are friendly, efficient, and do a great job. Their customer service is top notch. Their rates are reasonable. I can’t imagine using anyone else locally. Today Brittany and Monique got our unit ready for spring. I couldn’t be happier.

We just started with Molly Maid after another cleaning service we used missed items each time they cleaned, so we decided to change. The cleaning crew did an great job on their first initial clean. We will be having them come every other week. We appreciate the owner calling the day after the initial clean to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were amazed that when we cancelled our other cleaning service, no one followed up to ask why we were leaving, so we appreciate the quick follow-up following our first cleaning....

I was able to schedule online which was great and then had wonderful communication with Larry while trying to squeeze me in based on my urgent request. The team of Morice and Danielle was amazing. My floors, bathrooms, kitchen sink, surfaces and carpets looked great. They were so thorough and very nice. There was one team that came first and could not finish because of the size of the job. Larry had let me know this ahead of time so it was no problem to have another team the next day. I found some things that the first team fid not do to my satisfaction and the team of Morice and Danielle were able to redo those areas very well. Larry was very responsive to my concerns and addressed them immediately.

Deanna and Elle have been cleaning my house for about four years now. They have been reliable, and flexible in meeting whatever I needs I have on the particular day that they are here. They are pleasant and personable, and I’m very comfortable having them in my home. It’s why I’m giving them a five star rating. They were just here today, and my house looks great! I have to say that the main office Has been very good at meeting my scheduling needs. I’m grateful for that.
