Talked with the owner about air to air heat exchange installation in my home. The owner was patient and helpful in describing my needs as far as air to air exchangers go and the various options available to me. Despite the fact that his company was very far from my location he took time to answer my technical questions and his thoughts on what would be good options for me to consider. If he would have been in my area I would have had him install my unit.

I’ve worked with Leif on numerous occasions. He is my go to man for these types of repairs. He is truly dedicated in service to his customers, being there to rescue your family in an emergency. One time helped get my furnace fixed in the middle of the night during winter.

We have a child who is medically fragile and cannot handle cold or heat. The temps in Sheboygan have been high the past couple of days and our air conditioner wasn't functional. Leif responded to our call on a holiday weekend and had our unit repaired in a few hours. We could've ended up with our child in the hospital had we not found someone to do the job for us. We're both grateful for the kindness as well as the expertise Leif brought to the job!!

Very knowledgeable about my heating system. Another contractor worked on it for hours and ordered parts that “might “ work. Leif was on the job for only thirty minutes and didn’t replace any parts and had it running with very high efficiency. Will call him for future service needs!

Leif installed my furnace and it went through two heating seasons. When I started it last week it quit a couple of days later. The problem was diagnosed in about 5 minutes. The blower motor had quit. It was under warranty. The motor was replaced a couple of days later and it took exactly 15 minutes.
I was charged $304.90. They are friendly and do excellent work but think that is an excessive charge for less than a half hour of labor.

I found out about Leif through a mailing and made an appointment for a tune-up and to address a problem that had not been fully taken care of by another contractor. He did a thorough job of checking everything out and fixed our problem. I highly recommend him.

Our Central Air Conditioning unit went out in June of this year. We had 3 different contractors come out and Lief was by far the most informative. He was willing to work with us and work us into his very busy schedule at that time. He also worked with us and our Home Warranty plan, to make sure that it was covered.
