Recently I had my air conditionier and furnace replaced by Leif's Performance Heating and Air and am very satisfied by their service. Leif provided great honest service and answered any and all questions that I had asked. He was very knowledgeable on all products and provided fair competitive pricing. I would recommend Leif's Performance Heating and Air to anyone having issues or questions with their home furnace or AC systems.

Previously, in December 2018 he replaced our furnace that was old, in need of repair, and we didn't want to put any more money into it. Had ac replaced - competitive pricing when cross shopped, and was able to temporarily get our old ac running to get us until the install date of the new unit - very happy with service and quality of install.

I seldom post reviews, but Leif definitely gets a five star review from me. He earned every single one of them!!! He replaced our furnace and air and did a wonderful job at a fare price! He answered all of our questions and concerns before and after the install. If you are looking for an honest and hardworking individual for your furnace and air conditioning repairs or replacement needs, I would definitely recommend Performance Heating and Air!!!

When our old furnace went out in January 2018, Leif helped my husband & I choose a new gas hi-efficiency replacement, then installed it along with a programmable thermostat. The replacement process was quick, efficient, and respectful to both us and our home.

My experience with Performance Heating and Air was great! They were very responsive from the start of the project to the completion. When I had questions about the product or what would be the best heat pump to purchase for my home they provided expert advice. The installers were very respectful of my property throughout the install. We are very pleased with our final product!
I purchased a three head mini split Mitsubishi heat pump as part of the IRA HEAR program. The owner helped navigate this process from start to finish.

Leif was really great! He came over the same morning I called him in the middle of the summer. He fixed my 3 ton 18 year old unit in a half hour and also went and took a look at my old dehumidifier which wasn't running well but he managed to get it going again. Will definitely use him again!

Our furnace went out the day we were going on vacation. Leif came and got it to work. It turned out the burner wasn't working. Price was a little high for the 20 minutes but we had to get it working the trip charge from Plymouth to Sheboygan was high but everyone we called was not available and had similar charges.

Definitely getting my business whenever I need my furnace looked at. He was very knowledgeable and prompt to show up after hours. He only charged me what was necessary and gave me advice on how to save some money.

Performance Heating and Air (Leif) did a fantastic job with our HVAC system replacement. His level of service was top notch and his pricing was very competitive. He was very thorough and meticulous with our new equipment. In addition, Leif was helping us navigate the Focus on Energy/IRA H.E.A.R. program for some additional savings when our existing furnace died. Fortunately, he was able to get the old unit back running long enough to get all the paperwork submitted and approved (no small feat!). Feel like I was over charged for the igniter alone $200 seems pretty steep seeing as Ace Hardware has em for $50-70 online. Other than that service was prompt and good, explained everything and furnace up and running in short order. I understand the labor and service call after hours but to mark up parts that much is a bit much
