I had a great experience with my furnace installation through Mueller Heating and Cooling. My existing 24 year old furnace started leaking water and making some CRAZY noises - not a good situation given the winter we've been having. I called Mueller Heating and Cooling and they immediately came out to check out the situation for me. Rich, the service person was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining that various components of my furnace were failing and given it's age, his recommendation was to replace the unit. Lisa Mueller than got in touch with me to explain all of the available options, in addition to financing options and sent me a quote within 24 hrs. Knowing that my AC unit was also 24 years old, I went ahead and had them remove my existing AC system and install the coil that attaches to the furnace so that I will only need to have the outdoor condensing unit installed this spring. Needless to say, my entire experience has been exceptional and I would highly recommend Mueller Heating and Cooling for all of your heating and cooling needs.

We needed a new air conditioner for our house. We were able to set up a quick consultation and were given options and a proposal. Once we decided on a model, we were easily fit into the schedule the following week. They were quick and out the door by early afternoon. They plan on coming back in the summer for a test to make sure everything is working properly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with heating/cooling needs!

Excellent from start to finish. Appreciated that the employee who came to show us the furnace options answered all our questions and did not make us feel rushed at all. Installation was right on time, actually earlier than expected. New furnace works perfectly with nice even heat. We are very happy we switched to Mueller Heating and Cooling as recommended by our neighbors!

We bought a house with two furnaces that were installed by Mueller. The first one went down after about 10 years, way sooner than it should have. We called them and spoke to them and got a quote and shopped around the competition and found better quality for much less price. After talking with two of their competitors, we learned that, the furnace they installed was oversized and not a quality unit. Carrier furnaces are known for failing before their time and have recalls and class action lawsuits. Buyer beware! Now, two years later, the second furnace they installed has failed. Also way sooner than it should have, so I called them to see if they would just come and take a look at it to see if it could be repaired. It’s February and 25 degrees outside and we have no heat on the east side of the house. It failed on a Saturday morning so I called John at their emergency number and no one could manage to return my call. I even left a message on their main number and still have not heard back from them days later. Don’t waste your money or your time with this company. They obviously don’t care about their customers or their “new patients“ or about the quality of their installations. Customer service is MIA!

This summer, we replaced our original air conditioning unit that lasted 20 years with a new one. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we greatly appreciated their flexibility in accommodating our installation timeline.

Mueller installed our tubing and boiler for our heating system on our new house as well as our A/C in 2022/2023. They had excellent communication and helped educate me on everything required for the entire system, it was new to me. I was so impressed with them, I contracted with them again to do the same thing for my businesses outbuilding I'm currently building.

Zack was our salesman and also one of the installers. He did an excellent job explaining the features of the Furnace and Air Conditioning products sold by Mueller and the process of the installation. He answered all our questions and addressed any of our concerns. We had three quotes, already in hand...before we decided that Mueller was our best bet. Zack was also here to install the Furnace and Air Conditioner and again everything was done professionally. Zack took the time to walk us through the
thermostat control panel and told us we could call, if had any questions.

Mueller was one of most professional organizations I have had the pleasure of working with. They were timely with all services from bidding to install. They were courteous, responsive to our needs and most helpful. Everything was neatly installed and our house was neat as a pin when they left. Excellent job - thanks.

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. When our 30 year old furnace stopped working she had the part so we could get it running. That allowed us time to look into replacement options. Zak was very informative on options for us. We decided to go with Mueller for a number of reasons, close to our home, a family business and competitive price! The installers were on time, also very knowledgeable, did a great job making the connecting pipes look better than the original install. As soon as it was going to get warmer out Lisa contacted us to make an appointment to have the new air conditioning unit checked and adjusted. He was also on time and very knowledgeable.
