Had a home warranty claim submitted due to a knocking noise I heard coming from the furnace. Troy came on time & took care of it. Also gave me his direct number just in case the noise returned. He was honest, very nice & professional. Would definitely recommend.

We had our AC go out Friday and called Saturday morning. They had someone out to our house in a couple hours and had it running again 2 hours later. The tech, Brady, didn’t mind answering all my questions or explaining what he saw as he was troubleshooting. Very happy with the service and to have my AC working within 4 hours of calling on a Saturday!

From start to finish, I felt I was getting a solid product at an incredible value. From the quote to the cleanup they were top notch and it is always a plus to be dealing with a family company. What was really fascinating to me is that I wanted a more expensive, larger system, something they could have easily charge by for, but Troy walked me through why that would be a mistake and directed me to the appropriate equipment for my home, saving me money in the process. We have not been running the system for a few weeks now through some of the warmest weather the area has seen in years and the system is flawless. Thanks again for the superior service!

Very responsive service in time of Furnace malfunction. Troy and Comfort Solutions came and diagnosed the problem and offered multiple solutions and potential trouble spots. Upon my selecting a short term solution, they discovered additional issues when attempting installation. I decided to go with a new furnace, since mine was near the end of it's lifespan. Between the time of deciding on the new furnace and installation, Troy and team insured my current furnace would function in the interim. But, it took less than 24 hours before installation began. Now, the new furnace is running wonderfully and my heating woes have been solved. I'm definitely feeling more secure this winter!

My family had a furnace and AC unit installed by Comfort Solutions several years ago, and have had several tune-ups since. Troy has always been very kind, punctual, and professional; always a pleasure to deal with. We'd highly recommend the company.

We had Brady just come to fix our AC unit this past week and first off the scheduling was incredibly easy and we were able to actually speak with Brady prior to coming. As far as promptness he even let me know that he would be arriving towards the early side of my service window and held true to that. Extremely professional, quick and great work! Highly recommend!

I appreciate Troy’s communication- he explained several important details about my system so that I felt informed enough to make key decisions. He’s very knowledgeable about furnace design, and helped me understand not just the short term plan, but what the long-term approach could be. When I moved back to Wisconsin in 2016, I purchased a home and wanted the furnace checked/tuned up. I decided to choose Troy and Comfort Solutions. Best decision I could have made! He thoroughly inspected by furnace, explained everything to me and what my choices were. He (and now his son, Brady) are priceless. At that point, Troy told me the furnace would not last through the winter. (It had been a rental unit since 1999 and had not been maintained.) When my air conditioner died 2 years ago, he again went through all my options (and I was leaving that day for the UP) - he is always there for you.

I regard Troy as a friend, not a saleperson trying to push products. He has always been there for me whenever I've had a problem (i.e air conditioner too) and contacts me each season for a maintenance visit (furnace and air) so I don't have to remember or worry about it.

I cannot more highly recommend Troy and Comfort Solutions; he is the best. I'm a customer for life!!

These guys are awesome! They saved me from a very expensive furnace replacement by identifying an issue early and getting it fixed in time before my warranty wore out. That tells me that honesty & looking out for the customer are core values of Comfort Solutions. We are now looking into central air installation with them because we know they’ll take good care of us! Highly recommend.

Troy and Brady saved the day after my A/C unit went out. Their communication was excellent and they clearly explained the cost of repairs and recommendations in a way that didn't make me feel overwhelmed.
