I called a different company when our central air went out and never received a call back. How frustrating. By now it's day 3 in sweltering heat with no air. I called Comfort Solutions in the morning and had a technician at our door the same day. I was very pleased with how knowledgeable he was, and that he took the time to explain all the troubleshooting he did. I was convinced our blower motor was out, but because of his thorough diagnostics he found that it was actually the circuit board that was bad. I think most technicians would have simply replaced everything. Instead, not only was he friendly, prompt and informative, he also saved me several hundred dollars and had cold air blowing within an hour of his arrival. I can't recommend Comfort Solutions enough!

Comfort Solutions have been keeping our AC and heater running without problem for many years. They are flexible on the schedule and very reliable.

They are top notch. We had an emergency in the winter with our heat. They came out at 9pm, figured out the problem (needed a new board for the heater) & came the next day to fix it as it had to be ordered. Before they left, they “made” the heat work, we just had to shut the thermostat on & off. A god send as it was 15 degrees outside. A few days ago with our A/C, they took the time to try and troubleshoot the problem over the phone as it was a problem that wasn’t very common. A recent power outage in our area caused the breaker to pop. Who knew that could happen. Simple fix. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating & cooling systems. Honest & dependable.
