We had a tech out to service our central air unit for freezing up. Tech arrived on time and had the issue figured out within a few minutes with a quote of $600. It took him another 20 minutes to service the system with one pound of freon and add dye. He then presented me with a $900 bill. I know he doesn't control the price, but I'm pretty disappointed that the price went up $300 in 20 minutes. Took a 5 star review to a 2 star pretty quickly.

We had our furnace tune up done by Kevin Pawlak and he did a great job. He gave us a 15 min heads up so we knew exactly when he’d be at our house. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. They carry many commonly needed parts on their work trucks, and scheduling has always been easy.

Andy was great!! He arrived on schedule and got right to work on installing a new sump pump, a new water softener and a new bathroom faucet. He was respectful of our property and politely answered all our questions. I highly recommend plumber Andy from Thielmann.

Shane was great! Very nice and efficient, got my heat back on just in time for the cold weather.

I had my ducts cleaned after a major renovation in my home by Aaron, who was thorough, efficient, and an excellent communicator. I have also had annual service done for the past 3 1/2 years by Brian, who has been my go-to for all of my HVAC maintenance since he sold me my new systems in 2021 and has been fantastic. Every exchange I have had with people in the Thielmann Group has been positive. I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs.

In 2021 our furnace went out. We called Thielmann's and we're assisted by Brian P. He was kind and knowledgeable! Working with them was a very positive experience. Now this last week our A/C stopped working. We obviously knew who to call. I really love how prior to the appointment time a picture of the employee along with their bio is sent via text. It is nice to know beforehand who is coming to your house. Nicholas H. came to assess and from his bio I saw that he has 24yrs experience in the industry! He thoroughly explained the issue with our A/C. He detailed why it would would nolonger work (beside the fact that it is a 1990/35yrs old!). We felt assured with his recommendation to get a new one. Brian P. then came and he was beyond helpful in choosing a surprisingly affordable new unit that would fit our house best.

I had 2 furnaces to check for proper operation. Shane Peck was my technician. I watched him check them out. He did a wonderful job on both and he answered all my questions. Now I feel good knowing that the furnaces will run properly during these cold winter months. I can say that I would highly recommend Thielmann & Sons to anybody.

Jake was fantastic. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He got to work right away and left the area as he found it.

I had a couple questions about changing my filter and he quickly had a response for me that helped know I was taking care of my new furnace correctly.

Amy was able to get me a same day appointment. She was very informative and friendly. The technician Kevin did a wonderful job. He gave me phone call informing me if his arrival time. Our air conditioning went out the first week of needing air conditioning this season (of course!); we have a two story home, so getting this resolved quickly and for the best price was my mission. Based off of other reviews, I contacted The Thielmann Group for a quote. It was the little things that ultimately swayed our decision for purchase, that really made The Thielmann Group shine: when coming into our home they respected our space and immediately put on disposable booties over work boots (thanks, Steve!), offered personal recommendations knowing our particular space and situation (rather than the biggest sale) and the prompt turn around of our quote so that we had a minute to process the quotes we received and to make the best decision for us.

We were able to get our system installed within one business day of accepting the quote. The crew of (3) arrived, with Chris leading the installation. They were efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable In less than five hours, they were able to remove both our old A/C and furnace (we decided to replace both due to age) and install a new A/C and furnace.

From initial consult contact to completion of installation, we were very happy with our decision and felt good about the price we paid for comfort within our home. We highly recommend The Thielmann Group for any heating/cooling needs. Thank you!

Brandon was excellent, he even went the extra mile several times by trying out several motors and providing space heaters while we waited for the heat to be restored. Very happy with his service!

Arrived on time was highly respectful introduced himself and coworker conducted very clean operation. There was no cleanup left to do after they completed. The job carefully explained to me what was been conducted before the work started and did a great job explaining to me after the work was completed how to work the unit

Jeremy Burkhardt did a great job. Solved , our problem , that's been going on for months. Malfunctioning zone valve. Was able to replace immediately. Heat is flowing properly through all of our radiators now. Thanks, Manny & Brigette Begos

Kevin was here today to do our annual furnace tuneup. He was very pleasant and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!

We got a mini split installed and they were extremely adamant our electric bill would go down. It did not. They gave us a broken unit and when they tried to fix it, they gave us the wrong one. I am still waiting on a new unit cover a month later. Also keep bugging me about financing—which I understand, COMPLETELY —but they have directed me to two financing companies and not told me which one they would submit the invoice to. I am not going to take out a loan with company X when I owe company Y the money. For so much $$$, you’d think this process would go a little smoother.

Murphy’s Law, that’s right, on the coldest day of the season, negative something, I woke up to the temperature inside my house at 45 degrees. I sent out sos messages to friends and neighbors looking for space heaters as I was convinced that whatever the issue was it would not be fixed for days. My first call was to The Thielmann Group and to my surprise they were able to schedule an appointment with a technician within a few hours.

My technician was super prompt, professional and had my heat back on within 30 minutes of his arrival.

I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to call again with any HVAC issues.

The Theilmann installation group was very courteous and informative. Both Matt and Derrik installed our water heater and garage heater efficiently and were concerned about the final cleanup. I have several Theilmann installed units in our house and continue to rely on them for service and support.

Our furnace went out overnight over the weekend during the deep freeze. Even though they could not get to us right away they made sure we were safe and had some heat source. The tech called and asked many questions to make sure he would have the right parts when he did get to us.

We needed a couple of the higher profile toilets installed in our home so we called Theilmann. Andy was pleasant and professional. He gave us advice on what we needed. The toilet in the basement had a broken flange, but Andy met the challenge well. He did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. Even though it was the busy holiday season, he fit us into his schedule which we appreciated. We would definitely use him again for our plumbing needs. Thanks Andy!

I have used Thielmann Group to install a new HVAC system two years ago, and most recently a new humidifier. I chose them initially because their reviews and service track record with the BBB was excellent. I know from personal experience since that they are trustworthy, do high quality work, treat you with respect, and your home as if it was their own.

All of the technicians (Eric, Brandon, and Bryan) sent were not only efficient and competent, but also good people who cared about doing the best job possible and maintaining the good reputation of Thielmann Group. At the end of the day I felt valued as customer, and they made sure everything is working right to my satisfaction before leaving.

I will continue to give Thielmann my heating, cooling, and plumbing business in the future.

James Palma and a team of installers came from Theilmann Group today to install our new furnace and air conditioner. Very polite and professional young men. We were quite satisfied with the install. They thoroughly explained the features of our new system before they left. The area was cleaned up well. We look forward to years of use for our new system!
