JM saved us from a cold fate. Called Saturday. Jim came within an hour and found and fixed a fairly abstruse problem with our boiler. Obviously knows these boiler critters. Hollands, with whom we have a maintenance agreement, and who guarantees emergency service, wasn't going to send someone until Wednesday, in nights of 10 degrees, telling us to "keep the water faucets running." No thanks. JM clearly has a different, very customer friendly, model. We plan to stick with JM.

My furnace went on Thursday and I called so many places I can’t even remember! I got a call back a couple hours later from JM and my new Furnace was installed Monday in about four or five hours It’s working great! Jim definitely knows what he’s doing and educated me to a lot of new technology and I would recommend him For any Heating situation, big or small. I am a vet and so is Jim from JM and the service was outstanding! A+++

We had a bad leak from our water heater. JM heating & cooling had an emergency service. I called Jim and he picked up right away and was out at our house within 10 mins. He diagnosed our issue. He was intelligent, friendly, respectful and helpful. He gave us a plan of action and the next day they installed a new water heater for us. Austin was the name of our installer and he was awesome. When he was done he explained everything to me about how the new one works. These guys were awesome! Highly recommend!

Great service with an annual agreement — they’re so reliable, you could trust them to handle a wedding! Same-day service right to our homes here in Strongsville.

We just had our air conditioning unit replaced today. Austin was fast kind knowledgeable and efficient. Jim the owner showed up to assist, and after noticing their company vehicles that say “mental health matters” we started talking about life. There are some people you meet that just leave an ever lasting impact on you whether they mean to or not, Jim is one of them. His heart is pure and made of gold. Knowing the service came from a genuine person/company like them still gives you a glimmer of hope in this crazy world. We will forever recommend this company !!

I have been with a local heating & cooling contractor for the past many years, a monthly subscription (club) type arrangement. Lately, the service has declined, so we terminated that service.
We tried JM Heating & Cooling. Very refreshing experience. Much more personal and seemingly much more accountable. Austin was our technician today, very pleased. Highly recommend.

Furnace out no heat called JM HEATING AND COOLING with in 20 minutes Jim was at the door it was a Sunday about 0 outside he fix it and now all is well very professional & reasonable HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

Thanks for putting in new better furnace and big ac and took little over hour to take apart old furnace and ac fan and get parts off history wanted out of 34 year old Kenwood 90 furnace from sears a time capsule of old school stuff !

Fixed our heater right away and just in one day. He was honest and super nice. The first company we contacted before contacting JM Heating were trying to rip us off by A LOT. We are now enjoying our warm house thanks to JM Heating! 10/10 highly recommend!!
