I originally went with a different heating and cooling company that failed to meet their end of the obligation in my mind with respect to customer service. I found Jim and thought I'd give him a try and I'm very happy I did. He was excellent to work with, knowledgeable and professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Jim and the JM heating and cooling team!

Jim was referred to us from a friend and boy are we glad he was! He's incredibly quick with his responses and got here in great time to fix our heating issue. We will definitely be referring him out to anyone that needs an HVAC guy! Thanks Jim!

Our air conditioner stopped working called JM Heating and Cooling fixed the problem explained it all for me to understand and showed me how to clean coils every year. We will definitely use them whenever needed. Thanks for the good work.

Jim was great! Our furnace was operating improperly over the weekend and several hvac companies couldn’t fit us in. Jim answered my call right away on Saturday night and by Monday morning him and his team were installing our new furnace. The price he quoted us for was exact and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this company!

We got estimates from several companies, but JM Heating and Cooling was the best. They showed up on time and told us exactly what we needed and why. They didn't try to oversell us on stuff we didn't need. They showed us why our current system was very inefficient, listened to us about our needs, and they designed a really great fix for our house. We had six heading / cooling zones which made the control box very complex and had a lot of points of failure. After hearing how we lived, they designed a really good three zone system that kept everything just where we need it. The work was very professional, and he didn't mind me asking stupid questions about how things worked.

The work was done exactly when he said it would be done, and took just as long as expected. We're VERY happy with the results.

Extremely impressed with Jim's response time, attentiveness and understanding of the problem. Had our heating issue diagnosed by a large well advertised company first. Found out that the problem was not only misdiagnosed but the fixes were so ridiculously overpriced we had to look for a second opinion. Thankfully Jim was our second opinion and not only fixed our furnace issue but at less then half the cost of the original estimate. he went above and beyond to find us a new furnace and replaced it quickly and professionally. Jim and Austin did a fantastic job. We are very ,very appreciative. We highly recommend JM Heating and Cooling for any of your Heat or AC related problems.

Last minute request to service my steam boiler…which is hard to find service for….
They found issue and also brought in an expert they knew to ensure it was fixed properly. Saved me $20,000 for a new boiler(quoted from another company)!

I received outstanding first time service from JM Heating and Cooling. When I called for routine furnace maintenance, I was scheduled for next day service. Austin, the technician, was efficient, informative about the functioning of my furnace, and very personable. Austin changed the April Aire filter I bought on Amazon for no extra service charge. The previous company that I worked with would only install a filter purchased by them. Austin supplied the batteries for replacement in the thermostats. When I need a new furnace in the next couple of years, JM Heating will not charge me extra if the furnace fails on the weekend or holidays. Finally, the charge for furnace maintenance service was less than the previous company I used.

Our furnace stopped working and Jim came out on a Saturday to diagnose the problem in minutes. Very informative and professional. Returned promptly to install a new unit and got us back up very quickly. Excellent company and employees. I highly recommend him.

Jim and Austin showed up incredibly fast and had my AC issue fixed within 30 minutes. I called at 9 AM and they were on site by 11:30 AM! Jim was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue immediately and already had the parts available to fix it. Both guys are very nice and professional and I will certainly be using them again in the future!

Excellent crew, very punctual, polite, explain everything in detail, listen to your concerns, and have a lot of experience, besides all these pluses they are extremely clean, they leave everything better than they found it. I recommend this company with a 100% plus grading.

Needed new AC quickly. The representative reached out w/in hours of call. We initiated contact on a Monday and had a new AC system by Wednesday. Rep. was courteous and an excellent communicator explaining our options and answering a few questions almost immediately after we contacted him after the install. The price was also nearly $1900 below our other estimate. AC works great!!

We woke up to a house at 59 degrees after a cold windy night. The furnace wouldn't ignite. I called JM heating and Cooling and they had the furnace repaired before 11am. Jim and his assistant were very informative, answered all my questions, and I'd trust them for a repair again. Also nice to find out he's a fellow (former) volunteer at the Fire Department! Jim was very easy to work with. He responded quickly when I had questions. Jim and Austin showed up right on schedule and were able to complete my projects quickly even though they had to work in a really tight space. They pivoted quickly when I changed my mind at the last minute. They cleaned up and when they left, aside from my new equipment, it was like they were never even here. Great to work with. Nice job guys!

He is on top of game! Originally called gross heating over a year ago they told us they had to special order a part, they got the part put it in and blew our whole heater, again was told had to special order a part and again year gone by and still nothing! Called JM Heating and cooling, came out on Tuesday and by Wednesday found the part and placed it same day for more than half the price of gross! Will never use another place again! Thanks JM heating! 10 out of 10 for sure! very pleased and happy with customer service, professionalism, and promptness!

Jim was very pleasant on the phone and gave us a fair price to install a new furnace. Very reliable, he showed up an hour earlier than promised. They quickly and efficiently installed the furnace. It only took 3 1/2 hours! They left their work area neat and tidy too!

Jim came in and saved the day when our furnace went out in below zero temps. He was extremely reasonable in pricing, efficient and we would highly recommend him to others. I am excited to have someone I feel like we can trust going forward.

Called Jim when our heat stopped working on a cold night going as low as 23 degrees. He was super nice on the phone and agreed to come over ASAP. He arrived in 30 minutes! Came in and listened to us closely about the problem. He quickly installed a brand new thermostat to resolve the issue. What a relief that we're all set now! He knows his business, is a wonderful conversationalist and has really great and entertaining life stories. Turned out he and my husband have a lot in common in their work backgrounds. Any future HVAC issues he will be our first call again. Thanks very much Jim!!

Our heat went out on one of the coldest days in January. Called Jim and he showed up to our house under 5 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the issue, left our house to go get the part, returned within an hour and had our heat working again. Just fantastic service! Will definitely use Jim's services again in the future.

My furnace had stopped working and I called JM for help. They were kind and extremely fast in getting a new furnace installed! They cleaned up nicely and took away the old furnace also.

I am really happy with their service and will use them again when I need an A/C unit installed.

We had an emergency over the weekend and they were very quick to get here to get us going same morning. I had a nagging feeling the whole weekend that an emergency weekend visit was going to cost me an arm and leg (it didn't the price was very fair). I don't typically have HVAC issues so I didn't know who to call, so I took a chance with their Google review. I am adding this one to confirm it's true.
