Me and my wife just bought our first home. I called for a system check up before the weather started to get cold. Mike was awesome. Best customer service ever. He gave me great advice for my furnace and air conditioners during the inspection. This is a trustworthy company. I will call this company for any problems in the near future, with my furnace or air conditioning unit.

My furnace broke down on Christmas Eve and I was able to call that day and quickly make an appointment for the 26th. The technician came and replaced my furnace and hauled away the old one within 4 hours. Very good communication as well from the company! Would recommend!

my experience with A1 Milwaukee heating and cooling was very good. My furnace went out yesterday and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the following day. They arrived promptly and fixed the furnace right away. He was very polite and the whole process was easy.

When you have no where to turn always call on A1 cooling. My furance went out on Thanksgiving Day of all days and A1 came out fast the next day a head of a storm and did repairs. The communication, service and repairs were top tier and I appreciate them keeping us out of the cold. The name holds weight it was definitely A1- recommended. Thanks Mike

They are ethical, knowledgeable, competent, very reasonable, superior customer service! Transparent with a flat fee!!!!, no hidden costs!!!! They came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem right away told me the control panel was still under warranty so I might want to contact the original company. I did but decided A-1was an ethical company, unlike the original one who couldn't even give me a ball park cost on labor! Im very glad I had A-1 do the work. Moving forward i will use them for all my Heating and cooling needs.!!!!

This company saved me! As a first time homebuyer, my furnace went out and I panicked. It was 19 degrees outside and 50 inside my house. I called and someone from A1 was here within an hour. In less than an hour he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was kind, and knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell anything. He fixed it and gave great suggestions for maintenance. If I can give Mike n his teams a million stars I would.. They did a great job never had a problem at all.. This was my second time having to get a new heater due to the flood.. His team came in did their job faster then more companies I know.. I appreciate him n his team for always getting me together right away

Mike's team did an awesome job replacing our furnace. Mike was great coming out to look at the furnace and actually seeing the issue being straight forward letting me know that replacing the old furnace with a new one was the best choice as my furnace was old and would cost just as much to repair as it would to replace. I would 100% recommend A-1 Milwaukee Heating to anyone. Thank you for the great service and getting it done quickly before the winter really gets us.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! Had two big companies out to tell me I needed a new furnace to which Brian there tech fixed the problem with 15mins! Most honest company I have dealt with and actually we are moving forward with a new furnace and air with them being that the system is old but that didn’t stop them from making sure we had heat! Saturday heat emergency for a tenant with a baby and Mike's team at A-1 was not only the most available of the 4 business I called, but also had the best pricing! His team was already in that neighborhood and was able to be at the house within 1.5 hours of calling. We have ourselves a new HVAC team!
