Nate had quite a job to tackle at our home. Tearing out cement curbing, a large flower bed and then saving and moving many of our well established plants and adding new, to give our home a fresh and clean look. The landscaping is inviting and simplified just as we wanted. Nate was great to work with and open to our suggestions. I highly recommend him for your land projects as well.

Nate was introduced to us via our local garden club and by a friend. We needed a revision of our front yard garden. Nate, the owner of the company, who is a very amiable guy, came up with some good ideas. He put together a plan that he later presented to us. We accepted his proposal and arranged for a time for the work. We are very happy with the outcome. He is knowledgeable about plants and garden design. Nate was hands on with his crew and the job was finished quickly.

Nate had great ideas for our very small yard, and did everything he said would do. He listened to all of our ideas and concerns, was very conscious of our budget, gave us choices of materials at different prices, and never tried to sell us anything we didn't ask for. And he did most of the work himself, with one other person. In the end, the patio was very professionally done and looks great, and he also does follow-up maintenance. We were very impressed by his knowledge and dependability.

We had the privilege of having Nate design a beautiful, welcoming garden for our front entryway. Nate listened well you our wishes and then used his creativity and knowledge to develop an affordable plan. As everything came to life, we were very pleased with the variety of colors and textures. Now our home has great curb appeal. Nate is very accessible and responds promptly to emails. He even stopped by a year later to help me with some questions that I had. I would highly recommend Nate to any of my friends.

We built our home two years ago and had a blank slate to work with. After trying to design it ourselves we decided to hire a professional. I am sure glad that we found Nate at Four Of Six! He was so easy to work with and took our ideas and built upon them to make a truly beautiful and welcoming landscape for the front of our home. They were in and out in one day and were VERY clean. There was no sign of their work anywhere but the new beds and beautiful plants they installed. We plan on doing the rest of the home and yard in several phases and Nate will be doing the work for us then too.

Nate has the amazing ability to capture the landscape wants and functional needs of his clients-while adding his highly developed design skills and understanding of the space (and budget!) he is working with. We had a tough back yard (retaining walls to put in, existing trees to work around-all on a slope!). Nate was phenomenal to work with, his craftsmanship was impeccable. 3 years later-his work holds strong, looks great-and we love it.

Nate has done landscape work for us for the past two years. We moved into our new house three years ago and just didn't know where to begin. Nate listened to what we like and wanted (color choices and native species) and came up with excellent plans. When a couple plants didn't make it through the winter, he promptly replaced them. He and his crew work hard, clean up the site, and are always friendly. Nate has gone above and beyond the past two summers for us. We would highly recommend him. And, Nate is excited about plants and trees -- his passion for the work makes him the best!

Nate and his team did an incredible job at our new home. They were professional, courteous and accommodating for all the changes we made throughout the process. The paver patio craftsmanship is excellent and everyone who sees it loves it! Nate has a great understanding of plant horticulture and landscape design. Very impressed with his knowledge. I appreciated that he really listened to what we wanted and customized the plan to our needs. Well done Four of Six Landscape!!!

Brian and I are so very happy with the experience we had with Nate. Nate's attention to detail shows through in the final result. We were able to work through the project from start to finish and felt that Nate really listened to us. Nate was on site everyday, and was hands on for the entire project-this is truly impressive. I first met Nate about a year ago, he had contacted me ( a local landscape contractor) inquiring about landscape design services he offered. I got him hooked up with an awesome couple that was really in need of a design for their yard. Nate has incredible insight and very personable to work with. He listens intently to what you have to say and then adds in his years of creative ideas, coming up with what I think are masterpieces. After the first project, I was so impressed with him that we joined forces on a handful of additional projects that really needed a design first. He returns calls/texts and emails promptly, is very professional, and understanding of the landscape construction industry. We ended out last year out with an incredible project and we already are working on more for this year. I can't say enough good things about him, and also what my clients have to say about him, it is also my reputation on the line if things don't go as planned. Nothing but praise !!

Nate is great. He does honest, excellent work at a good and fair price. Nate designed our entire back yard and he's helped us maintain it since he and his team finished the work. We vetted three different companies and Nate was the only one that didn't fall under our expectations or blow the budget out of the water with unnecessary items. He also had good ideas for strategic placement of plants to get the most out of the shape of our yard. Great communication and great service. Couldn't ask for a better experience; guess that's why we continue to do business with him and recommend him to our friends.

Nate's design ideas were wonderful in softening the hard angles of my front porch/walkway. He added 3 large boulders that gave great dimension to the overall concept. He and his crew were prompt, respectful, and incredibly hard working to complete my project. Nate kept me informed at every step. He is very knowledgeable not only about the materials but also the plant care and maintenence. I would highly recommend him!

I hired Nate and his crew to replace my outdated front block stoop and brick walk. He provided drawings from our initial meeting and walked me through the process.After a few design changes we got on his scedule, and I was impressed to see them work through on and off again rain in order to get the job done. Nate is very detail oriented and has a great eye for design. So glad we found Four of Six and Nate to design and build our patio. We had some ideas of how we wanted our patio to be used and a couple design ideas, but couldn't decide on an overall plan or design. We talked to multiple companies, but Nate was the one who, right off the bat, took what we wanted and came up with a beautiful and unique design. He gives you options within your budget and makes tweaks as needed too. The patio looks exactly like it shown in the renderings he made. We love that Nate focuses just as much on the planting as the hardscape. For other companies, it seemed like a bit of an afterthought. The patio, planting beds, customer service, everything is first rate. We love using our patio already, and can't wait until the plantings mature. Would definitely recommend Four of Six to anyone.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Nate did for us. He listened to what we wanted in terms of landscaping and then offered his suggestions. Nate and his Four of Six team worked on our backyard landscaping project and did a phenomenal job. Nate was direct, honest and open about his approach and timing and the Four of Six crew executed with craftsmanship and professionalism. Nate was very hands-on with the whole project, has an innate talent for the field he is in and holds himself and his team to high standards, including making sure they do a proper cleanup when necessary. The experience with Four of Six was fun (which isn’t usually the case with home projects) and his team is genuinely so nice to interact with. We could not be happier with the outcome. Their work has made our backyard a pleasure and ease to hang out in and whenever we look out our windows, we’re met with the beautiful view that Four of Six created for us. It’s a sight that brings us a lot of joy and has doubled the love we have for our home.

Nate and his team did an amazing job with our backyard! They finished the project right on time (maybe even early) and we're going to use them to help out with some work in the front yard soon! They transformed our backyard space into a magical wonderland and we finally enjoy spending time out there with our family! Nate and his crew were wonderful to work with. We inherited an overgrown and neglected yard. Nate and his team did a great job on our backyard pool area which included retaining walls, plantings, screenings, etc. Nate had excellent design ideas which were perfect for our backyard. The team was very professional and the communication during the entire project was much appreciated. Nate gave specific care instructions upon completion to ensure healthy plants and sod. We would definitely recommend Four of Six and will use them again in the future.

Before we had their help, we were overwhelmed and confused on how to transform our patio/yard. We met with 5 companies before Four of Six. We felt lost and frustrated because the other companies we met with were either using outdated methods or too expensive - and all 5 companies didn't try to work with us on design ideas and dreaming big.

But after meeting with Nate from Four of Six, we had hope and excitement again. We felt, right away, like we were in exceptional hands. Nate presented options for every idea with the eye of a designer and a brain of a builder - noting pros and cons for things we wouldn't have considered. He grew our ideas, and guided us through the process of designing a patio area we are now absolutely in love with and definitely would not have gotten had we used a different company. Even in our first meeting, Nate helped us dream big and told us how we could acheive ideas at different price points, explaining pros and cons.

Every guy on the team was hard-working, friendly, thoughtful, and professional. It was obvious that every crew member was highly knowledgeable and cared about perfecting every step of the process. They transformed our property into a lovely space, with such attention to detail - we often joked to ourselves that they'd wear out their levels.

We went from feeling shame and embarrasement with our backyard, to being super proud of our property and feeling very lucky we met Four of Six. I cannot recommend Four of Six highly enough. Spectacular.
