Dillon was very efficient in identifying and solving the bathroom problem that had baffled us for two days. We had tried all the normal toilet clog solutions with no success. Our cats are known to find objects they should not have but I would not have expected them to have dropped an unknown plastic object into the toilet preventing the toilet from flushing normally. I’m so glad Dillon was able to clear the toilet and leave everything clean and shiny when he left. It was a simple problem but we could never have solved it on our own.

Maas was able to get someone to my house within the hour . Charlie was efficient and extremely courteous. I have been a longtime customer and they have always done a great job.

Came out same day for a burned-out septic pump. Charlie special ordered the new pump and installed it the same day it arrived. Very friendly and professional staff, both on the phone and at my house. Definitely recommend the company!

Our water heater started leaking on Thursday evening. I contacted Maas & Sons Friday morning and set up an appointment for later that day. Jim and his partner(sorry I can't recall his name) arrived on schedule and installed a new water heater. They were great and installed the new one in less than 90 minutes. Professional, timely, and a pleasure to work with. We've used Maas and sons many times before, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Had a cracked pipe in my mound system. They had to dig up the pipe and replace the damaged piping. Was fixed in a little over 2 hours of labor.

Service included install of new water heater and removal of old. Coldest day of the season. Tom showed up 2 hours after I called the office for help! Tom was pleasant, professional and efficient. He did an excellent job. We had hot water by 11:30 AM. Maas worked with me on prior issue. Their pricing is fair and work is great. Shop local! Thank you Maas.

Used in the past for services and never had an issue. They try to come and get the work done same day if not than a couple of days after calling. Very professional and explain and show what they repaired.

Maas and Sons is such a wonderful company to work with! They are in contact with you to always let you know when your service provider will be showing up at your house, they go through everything before they leave and clean up like they were never there! Can't recommend this company enough

Maas and Sons service was fast, friendly and professional. From my first call to request assistance with a failed sanitary pump float. They very friendly and got me on their schedule the next morning. Dillon our service tech was early to the job and called ahead to inform us that he could be early. Once onsite, I was quite impressed with Dillon’s knowledge of the problem and his professionalism. He got right to work and kept us informed of our options. I was happy to get same day service for a failed well pump.The two man team did an incredibly efficient removal and installation of a 144’ deep well pump. They were highly skilled, had everything they needed to complete the job and were fun to watch. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
