Great service and friendly. Maas and sons have done quite a bit of work for us over the years (including a well). Today Dillon came out to replace our bathroom faucet and fix both outside spigots. He was very pleasant and upbeat I couldn't help but to smile. Did a great job 1-2-3 all was done. Thank You

Maas and Sons came out to replace my hot water heater and when they got here, I let them in and they had no shoe covers on. Seeing as it is winter and there’s salt and snow all over you’d think they’d put some on, even just to have respect for your home. But no they tracked water and salt all throughout my house and then when they finished they left a trail of water from where they were working to when they left. I think this is very unprofessional as you should clean up the mess you made and wear shoe covers to respect that persons home. Not to mention they left air in the lines so when my husband got home he had to go and fix that.

The service tech Charlie was very professional and completed the installation in a timely manner. I would recommend Mass and Sons to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Already installed a water softener took him a little over two hours which is right on the estimate cleaned up. Beautiful installation showed me how to operate it. Set it up. Wonderful if anybody needs plumbing services mass plumbing box service is place to contact reasonable efficient quality work.

Our well pump died. Suddenly Friday 6pm. Nightmare situation , but…‘one call, that’s all’. Haha! Charlie was on site within the hour. Started with the easy stuff, but unfortunately the pump was truly done. He had a new pump installed within an hour or so. Magic! My personal hero! Thanks Charlie! Thanks Todd! Thanks Scott!

We have used Maas and Sons for 12 years and have always had excellent service. Sarah helped problem solve a pressure tank installation on the phone and Charlie was super efficient and knowledgeable with the installation!

The “water tank tee” setup was not done well when the house was built just 5 years ago and a leak developed as a result. Maas came out same day and replaced it all with a proper setup. Charly was personable and professional as well. 5 ⭐️ is well deserved

Tom at Mass & Sons did an exceptional job on my plumbing needs at my lake house. I had a unique problem associated w/ a main sewer line that would freeze and he worked with me on a solution. Very satisfied with their service.
