They are our first call for planned work & emergencies. I appreciate the effort to squeeze us in when the unexpected happens & the options provided to fix a problem when you call. This time it was a leaking gas line in the house & it was bad enough the Utility had to shut the gas down to the house the night before. So no heat or hot water until it could be fixed. Always a good experience with any of the guys they send out for the job. They have a good system to let you know about your appointment & when/who will be coming. Many thanks to everyone at Maas for fixing today’s problem for us!

Tom and Chris were excellent in their service. They were very timely , responsive and informative. Would welcome them back to do any work. Tom was here for a water softener repair and Chris to install a new hot water heater. Again very well done all around

After another plumbing company gave a concerning analysis of issues at my residence, I called Maas and Sons. I immediately knew they knew what they were doing. When Todd came for the inital estimate, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. So was the team that performed the repairs. Called and was able to come earlier and was very friendly and has been here before with work that I had done. I appreciate how he checked the flow valve on my toilet that I called about fixed it and then checked the other flow valve on the other toilet and changed that one also. He was very nice and considerate of the work being done and clean up.

This is our 4th experience with Maas & Sons, and won’t be our last! Professional, reliable, responsive and trustworthy! They are happy to investigate, explain and then determine what repairs are needed and offer reasonable recommendations.

Tom was out to fix a "finicky" issue with my water softener. We thought we had it going strong again, but a week later another issue occurred. Tom and Maas brothers were kind enough to do the return trip at no cost to get me going again. Tom also offered future "plans of attack" and make notes in my service call record to ensure all trouble shooting and potential next steps are clearly documented to save us time and effort in the future. Tom is doing more research on my well too so that a true comprehensive plan moving forward will be efficient. All mechanics in a house need troubleshooting and maintenance and Tom and all at Maas know that and work with the homeowner to help alleviate and/or plan what is the next logical step(s) as units age and sediments may occur in your well. I trust this family run operation fully. Thank you.

We've had Maas and Sons help us out with our sump pump and battery back up, and we've been really happy with the service! Whenever I've called they've been very friendly over the phone and easy to schedule, and the technicians that have come out have been friendly and professional as well. Pricing has also seemed very reasonable. We'll definitely continue to use them moving forward and would highly recommend them!

I've used Perez plumbing multiple times. They do excellent work and respond immediately. I have never had an issue with call backs or scheduling. The price is always fair and the work is the best.

Awesome plumber! And A LOT better price than a lot of the other guys that I asked around about. He showed up at my place to replace our 40 gallon water heater. Very thorough and clean job that didn't take long at all to do. He showed up on time and is overall a pretty cool guy that gave me a great deal. 10/10 would reccomend. (never once did I have a problem with him calling back either so I can't really speak for those saying that they've had issues with that at all)

Disappointed- we called them last week because we needed our plumbing hooked back up after getting new countertops installed. That was Monday. The person we spoke with knew that we would want the work done on Tuesday. We never heard from them. It is now Sunday, and we never received a call back. We found another plumber in Burlington on Thursday- they came on Friday, and the work was completed. I would never recommend a business that doesn't have the common courtesy to call you back.

We called Perez for 3 plumbing issues. He came out on a Thursday and installed a new tub faucet and fixed a leak in the drain. He left an invoice for $321 and we wrote him a check. Which was cashed the next day. The first time the shower was used, the faucet came flying off the wall into the tub. The first time the bath was used water came pouring through the ceiling in the kitchen. My husband called him and left him voice mails on Friday, Monday and Wednesday. He did not return any of his calls. I left him a very firm message early this morning a week later and he finally called back early this evening. He spoke with my husband and said he would try to come back out next week but that he was going to have to charge us again. I had already contacted another plumber and my husband politely told him no thanks.

New construction plumbing nightmare! Have spent thousands repairing or replacing fixtures, leak after leak and contractors cut corners in just two short years. Does not stand by his work and avoid at all costs!
