Prices always seem a little higher than other places. We went in here to inquire about flooring and the appointment we made was very disappointing. My wife called and scheduled to speak with someone about possibilities; we just bought our first home and are fairly green in what goes into installing flooring. The sales rep was just plain unhelpful. The first thing we discussed was the fact that any flooring we wanted would not be ready for us for at least 6 weeks, which was too long for our timeframe. So instead of trying to help us in any other way, he just sat there and stared at us. When I suggested we look at materials anyway, he more or less scoffed it off. So we went to lumber liquidators and found everything we need that could be delivered in two weeks time. /rant
