I chose Heating and Cooling Drs. For their 24-hour service. I called at 7am on a Sunday and was told they’d have someone out between 9-11am.

He was there at 930.

Bill (I would later learn) dives right in with diagnostics. Checking the unit and questioning me on what, if anything, I’ve done or noticed prior to my call and his arrival.

After 30mins of thorough poking and prodding, testing and checking, Bill finds the culprit(s). We also looked at the A/C unit.

I decided to replace both units.

THE NEXT DAY!!! The installer was out at the house with both units!

He made quick work and was done in a few hours.

I am very please with Bill’s quick response and thorough diagnostics and straight forward approach. He was very honest in his appraisal of my situation. Jeff (I think) the installer was efficient and great!

I’ll be calling them again for all check ups and issues moving forward.

Our furnace started blowing cold air on a cold winter night. We called and Bill was to our house within 25 minutes. He quickly resolved our issue and gave us a full explanation. We really appreciated how seamless the process was to get working heat for our family within less than an hour of identifying our furnace was broken. We called a 24 hour HVAC competitor first and were told it could be days before a technician could come out. This business exceeded our expectations and we will use again!

Our furnace burners were not staying lit so we called Heating and Cooling Drs around 6:10 pm on a Saturday. They sent someone within the hour to look at the furnace. Bill was friendly, courteous, and fastidiously troubleshooted our furnace issue, which turned out to be a dirty flame sensor. After he was finished cleaning the sensor, Bill then answered all of my questions concerning what would be necessary for us to have a more efficient furnace installed. No matter the day or time, I would highly recommend Bill and the Heating and Cooling Drs of Waukesha, Pewaukee and Delafield.

I got prompt service and Bill was in and out pretty quick to fix my furnace after my heat went out. He did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how he repaired it.

Our furnace went out over the weekend. I called for immediate assistance as we have a 1year old in the house, so waiting for a weekday was not the most ideal option. Bill came out in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. He was able to fix the furnace with ease. I was very impresed and satisfied with his work. 100% kudos to Bill! I was having a heating problem with my boiler which my goal was to at least get through this season. Bill did his best trying to keep it running. This was 4 days and every night he came here within an hour prompt service. Needless to say I needed a new boiler.. I could not thank him enough for providing me excellent service. Chris and AJ were courteous knowledgable, and worked at a great pace. Cleaned up when job was finished and explained operation of furnace when finished. William came to my house to fix my heating issue. He was nice and very professional. He showed up on time and and listened to my explanation of what was happening with the furnace. William went immediately to work and examined the furnace. He found the cause quickly and fixed the problem on the spot. William clearly told me what was causing the issue and how to fix it. My unit stopped working yesterday.
I was coming home from running errands, and my neighbor’s a/c unit was being worked on.
Lo and behold, Jeff ran right over after fixing my neighbors unit, and worked his magic on my a/c! Great timing and great service!! Thanks!!!

Our air conditioning went out during the heat wave (95+ degrees) in Southeastern Wisconsin. I called Heating and Cooling Drs on a Sunday and the owner (Alex) answered. He offered to visit that day but not wanting to pay the " "weekend emergency fee" we agreed on Monday morning. Monday, right on time, Jeff and Peter came to assess the situation. They worked very hard in the heat trying to fix the issue, but in the end we needed a new unit as ours was 15 years old and the compressor was shot. Jeff explained everything in detail and answered questions to our satisfaction. After a few phone calls Jeff said one of his co-workers would be there later that afternoon to install our new unit. Josh and Peter came a few hours later and within a few hours we had a new unit and a cool house. Jeff, Peter, and Josh were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable, and we would certainly recommend them to anyone.
