We have used this company twice now and both times they were great! Professional and great work quality. I thought their prices were fair, they also clean dryer vents for a small fee!

We've used Duct Works Environmental multiple times and at different houses over the years. They show up when they say they will, are professional throughout the whole process, and take care around household items. Their duct cleaning is effective and makes a huge difference in the air quality. We'll continue to use them in the future.

When I contacted Duct Works Env. I told them I was getting a new AC unit installed and was hoping they could do the cleaning before that. I was happy they where able to squeeze me in due to a cancellation from another customer. After scheduling a day and time, they had to reschedule due to an existing cleaning job taking longer then they expected. Ok fine... they got me in the next day and I thought everything was good.

Two guys showed up and all they went through with me was counting vents (supply & return) he counted 17, but to me the 3 in the basement was connected directly to the a main line, and shouldn’t of counted for extra work. ($19ea) on their website, they are supposed to come with booties (they did not), lay down tarp and corner protectors.” and walk me through the hole process “in-detail” of how they where going to clean my system. They did none of that. But I this was not why I was dissatisfied with their work.

Over the phone and on their invoice, it says they’re base price is for cleaning/vac boot, branch runs, panned ducts, main ducts, inside ones furnace, blower & a/c coil (up to 10 vents). Apply fungistat and bacteriostat to system to kill any remaining dust mites, mold & spores. clean dryer vent with scorpion system.

From what I can tell, all they did was clean/vac the boot, branch runs, panned ducts, main ducts.

They did not clean inside the furnace, clean the blower a/c coil, did not apply fungistat and bacteriostat. Did not clean my dryer vent system... and the easiest of them all did not even vacuum the dust from my vents.

When my AC unit was installed, they mentioned my old ac coil was filthy and that may of been the reason for lack of air flow as well. Oh really, I thought it was getting cleaned by Duct Works Env.? That made me look into their invoice and made me contact them. I called during business hours... No answer... I left a message to call me back.... no reply... then I sent an email with proof of picture that the ac coil was not cleaned and I was not completely satisfied with their work and was hoping for a partial refund. (For work not done, but billed to my invoice!)

This is Frank’s blunt response over email... didn’t even have the decency to call me back.

“It is impossible to clean the underside of the coil because in order to do so you have to remove the coil. That requires an HVAC license and the coil would need to have all of the refrigerate removed and then reinstalled. If you paid for sanitizer your ducts were sanitized and your ducts were cleaned.
If you have any further questions please let me know.”

Like really, you charge me to clean my ac coil but now say you can not do it. What about all the other items not done, but charged on my invoice? My gripe is being over charged for items not completed on my invoice. As for the duct cleaning, it seems they did an ok job, from the picture emailed to me from one of the techs. Only reason for two stars.

So anyone looking to hire Duct Works Env. Beware... make sure they do what they say they are going to charge you for. Just learn from my mistake...

This a family owned and operated company. They've been in business many years already and do an excellent job. This isn't something you do often - but when you need it done you want someone to do it that knows what they are doing, are thorough, careful, competent and professional. Service technicians are very polite and answer questions. The provide before and after pix of the ducts - you can see the difference. And most importantly you will see the difference in the amount of dust in your home. Our situation was a new construction home - altho the home construction contractor stages to minimize dust in ducts, dust in ducts from new construction happens. It's annoying from not only a health standpoint but from a general housekeeping standpoint. This is the second time we used them. Once in our prior home some years ago and now this past week in a new home we just had built. We wouldn't call anyone else - wouldn't even think to call anyone else. These are the guys you call. It's not expensive. They do a good job while being respectful of your property, home etc. They remove shoes, they are clean and neat. I highly recommend them.

*Updated* After some scheduling headaches in advance of our appointment, the crew did arrive on the day scheduled, and performed high quality work. They were fast, efficient, and kept everything very clean. The price was reasonable for the all of the work performed. If not for the scheduling hassles (which they corrected) we would have given them 5 stars.

James and Adam arrived on time and were very thorough and professional in going about their work. They took the time to explain each step of what they were doing. The whole process was very seamless for me, since I am presently working from home. The work was done very much to my satisfaction, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Needless to say, I am very pleased. I would definitely use them again, and I will recommend them to my friends.

Great communication, they actually answered their phone and followed up with a call before arriving. Excellent work done. My ducts were cleaned and was serviced within a week and half of calling.

We would definitely recommend to get your ducts cleaned with Duct Works. Their prices were fair, they were very efficient and professional, and they were really pleasant people to work with day of and to schedule with. We are very happy with how our ducts got cleaned and will definitely work with them again in the future.

I have a 54 year old home and I was having problems with my high efficiency electronic air cleaner - my furnace repair man recommended that I contact Duct Works Environmental. I was shown a picture before cleaning the duct work - wow was I surprised. I was also shown a picture after they were cleaned - looks like brand new. I was given great information about the process. All 3 employees were very professional and did a great job. It truly has made a difference in the air quality in our home. I highly recommend if you haven't had your duct work cleaned (like me) make an appointment today! You will be glad you did. Thanks!

Alex and Jackson cleaned air ducts and dryer vent. Procedures were thoroughly explained and before and after photos were helpful. Scheduling with Frank was easy and we were happy to get an appointment quickly. Highly recommended for professionalism and no "surprises" with quoted price.

I had a great experience with Duct Works Environmental! I was recommended to them by neighbors on the NextDoor app. They cleaned all of my air vents and dryer vent.

When I called to schedule they were booked for a few weeks (which I was expecting given the time of year and how many businesses are booked these days). Somehow it came up in my conversation with the sweet woman on the phone I was pregnant (high-risk) so she offered to add me to a cancellation list and I was able to get pushed up about a month. It meant a few scheduling calls, but that was to be expected because since I was on the cancellation list.

My technicians Jason and Joe were professional, kind and answered all of my questions. I called three other places for a quote for my home and Duct Works was much more affordable (half the price of a very well known company). I don't believe their affordable price resulted in a poor clean or low-quality service whatsoever. They showed me before and after pictures to show me exactly what they did.

If you are looking for an affordable, professional, family-run business I recommend to you consider Duct Works Environmental.

The crews show up when promised, are very pleasant to deal with, and deliver a quality service every time. I cannot express how happy I was with the customer service, follow up and the employees they sent out to do my dryer vent cleaning. James and Alex were amazing!! They really took pride in their work, which you don't see anymore in today's world, and James, especially, really went above and beyond.
