These guys did an amazing job. Kyle came out and tried to fix the furnace and Bradley was a great help with extra troubleshooting. They were awesome and helped us get everything set up and ready to have a new heating and cooling system installed. The 2 gentleman that came for the install were very polite. Would recommend to anyone for sure.

Over the Moon was fantastic to us. Kyle took pictures and explained everything to my Mom and I also showing us pictures. They are extremely kind and compassionate. We unfortunately was turned down for financing so we are up in the air but Kyle once again took his time in explaining what we could do. We are both disabled and he understood and treated us with respect and kindness. Met Bradley over the phone and he was exceptionally kind and understanding too. Wished the outcome would have been different.

Over the Moon contacted us offering a free furnace inspection, which we agreed to.
Our furnace is about 18 years old, high-efficiency, and was heating the house normally. The technician told us the furnace was not a safety concern, had no cracked heat exchanger, and did not need to be replaced. Despite this, we were verbally quoted around $9,000 for “repairs and system improvements,” including internal cleaning, duct coating, adding a return air duct, and airflow upgrades.
We asked for the quote to be emailed so we could review it, but never received anything in writing.
We then had a second opinion from another licensed HVAC company, who stated the furnace is not a safety concern and no repairs are required at this time. They explained that improving return air could help static pressure, but it would only make sense when the furnace is eventually replaced, not as a large investment now.
Based on that second opinion, the $9,000 proposal from Over the Moon appears to have been a bundled upgrade package rather than necessary repairs. We were disappointed by the lack of a written estimate after it was promised and by how optional services were presented during what was offered as a free inspection.
I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work.

Eric was VERY courteous and helpful, full of smiles. He was very respectful of our home and time. Eric guided us thru the problems. His explanation was very detailed and the options he quoted were manageable. He identified and helped us with a bee problem near the unit. He didnt want to get stung. Unfortunately we had a flood upstairs and must take care of the ceilings, walls and flooring before committing to anything else. We would like Eric to do our work when we're ready financially. Called a number of Electricians to get bids on converting existing fluorescent tube lighting to LED tubes. Zach came out and in addition to quoting that job, took the time to check out the safety of my home's electrical system. Specifically, some outlets were experiencing a significant loss of voltage. He strongly recommended that I consider updating a number of things far more important than converting my fluorescent tube lighting. Cost estimates ran into thousands of dollars. Before I plan to forge ahead with that, I explained before I do that, I want to get quotes from other electricians, though if their bid is competitive, I'll call Zach back. He was here ninety minutes and let me know of these issues without a service charge. Hard to beat that! I may be calling them back after I get more quotes.

I've been a customer of Over the Moon for a few years now and everytime they are great. The technician this time was Kyle. He was knowledgeable friendly and thorough. Zach was very professional courteous. He knew his business he made the correct offers that will help put our home at a safe risk so I think that I’m glad that he came because there’s a lot of people out here that scam you just for money, but I don’t think it’s about money with Zack. I think he was really concerned about the condition of the wiring system in the house and he was more concerned about making sure our house was safe more than trying to burn up for money and with that being said, I like to say that deserves whatever he can get For putting into work that was necessary for him to come out to the Mcbride‘s home

During the cold snap this January, I had a baby & our furnace went out. Majestic came out next day & got us a quote. Other places told us up to two weeks for a new furnace. I got a call from Majestic that night & they found us a furnace to install ASAP. We needed to bring our baby home to a warm house!

I am beyond frustrated at this point. We have been waiting for going on 3 weeks for someone to come here and diagnose what is wrong with our AC unit. After waiting over a week for the initial service appointment, the technician was not familiar with our type of unit and could do nothing to diagnose. They could not send someone knowledgeable with our unit sooner than once week out. Notified the morning of our appointment that they rescheduled it for several days out yet again. We have not had air conditioning throughout this entire summer and my calls pleading with them to help us has done nothing but result in further delay. I'm really disappointed. My review may be amended when/if someone ever actually comes out here and helps us.
