Technician JAKE and BEN from Majestic Custom heating & AC, did amazing jobs replacing new heating furnace at may house.
They came right on time to their schedule. They are polite, knowledgeable ,explaining step by step what was need to be done. After finishing the job, they cleaning up around the areas took garbage with them. Then went back, walked through how I will set up the thermostat. Appreciated very much.

I cannot express how happy I was to have found and worked with this company. Prior to reaching out, another company (MHC) was trying to convince me that my communicator board in my air conditioning unit was completely fried and wanted to charge me over $900 to fix it. I called absolute comfort and spoke with the receptionist who is very understanding and very kind and was very helpful and confirming that I should definitely get a second opinion. Within an hour, I was contacted by the manager, explain the situation and they made a service call out to me later that evening. All that needed to happen was a rewire and I was charged less than $100 when the other company charge me over $100 just for the service call and didn’t fix anything. Brent was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor/outlook on life. Very down to earth and honest. Will definitely be working with absolute again. Thank you Brent!!

Brent and Drew are extremely helpful and detail orientated, which helps with big decisions like replacing an old AC unit or furnace. Would work with them again, no doubt.
This time around I’m having a 20 year AC unit replaced. Brent was so kind as to help me maintain the unit until he can get in to replace it next week. My tenant is very happy. He also fitted me in last minute today even though he was not working in the neighborhood.

Thank you Brent for coming here to check our gas leak after 10pm! We are a first time customer and found them online. Our call was answered by a member of the company and she got us scheduled immediately. Even after a long day where Brent had been delayed due to serious issues with other clients, he still came to fix our gas leak because we were concerned about the smell. Leak was fixed and Brent helped sniff out the issue, which we think was just funky moisture from a storm. We will be using them for all HVAC going forward. Thank you guys!!

Freaked out because We energies told me I had a minor gas leak in my basement. Called Absolute Comfort, and Brent came out same afternoon and fixed the problem. Price was affordable and work was done quickly. Very satisfied customer!

Brent was fantastic! Came and fixed our AC on a late Friday night and got it up and running during a heat wave. He will have our business for life! We’ve gone with other hvac companies in the past and they were nowhere near as helpful or fast.
