Brent was fantastic and professional. He provided a detailed and quality inspection report for a house we were looking to buy. He identified that the furnace and AC were in a terrible state of disrepair on the interior. This saved us from assuming this financial burden if we buy the house. Well worth the money for the inspection and we will be trusting Absolute Comfort HVAC for our future HVAC needs.

The electrician was a hard worker and very professional and did an outstanding job. My husband and I are both 81 years old and we were very impressed with his work ethic and the fact that he explained every step of the process. We called Absolute when our furnace died in winter. He got it going long enough for us to figure out how to pay to replace it. Him and his team always thoroughly explains and answers all questions. I never felt dumb with my questions. After our house flooded and we needed our furnace checked, he was quick to come out and check it out. Definitely not a company that is out to scam people. Highly recommend.

Brent responded to me within minutes of my inquiry and showed up the next day to review my situation after flooding. He provided me a full quote by the next morning. He seems very knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of my questions.

This is my third time hiring Absolute Comfort on my home for various jobs. I have had Brent and his son Drew previously help me with my boiler system. After the outstanding work they did reconfiguring the boiler I decided I wanted to use them to replace my aging A/C unit.

Upon calling I was given an appointment. Brent arrived on time in a orderly fashion with text notifications ahead of time. Absolute Comfort examined the system completely in the first service call. I was then contacted promptly the following day as promised with options going forward…

Absolute Comfort came up with a replacement concept that not only fixes my aging A/C problem but also gives me an alternative heat source to save me money…. Let me explain, my current heating source a boiler has old copper piping that will eventually leak buried through walls. The only way to fix these pipes is to tare up walls, floors, ceilings etc. Having a reliable alternative heat source will let me avoid this costly problem in the inevitable future…

So instead of a normal A/C unit a high efficient heat pump was installed. Also a new variable speed air handler. I now have one unit that pushes cold or hot air through the ceiling vents of my home. The unit is simple to use with one thermostat controlling everything. The unit is also very quiet outside compared to old unit. The look of the new unit is really nice. Absolute comfort did a really clean job installing. You can see in the pictures the base is nice and level. The unit is mounted beautifully in my rock bed . Also some nice channeling was used down the side of my house to conceal all lines and plumbing. Overall the installation looks very clean & professional!

Up in my attic a new variable speed air handler was installed. These need to be removed from a small attic hole and are very big, bulky, and heavy.. Absolute comfort was able to remove the old one and install the new one without a single dent or scratch on my walls or ceiling!!! That is an accomplishment that can only be done by a team taking time to be absolutely careful. My attic is NOT finished it is just rafters and loose blown insulation. They were able to remove the old equipment and install the new one with no damage or mess.

I do have cameras installed and it’s an assurance to see these guys take the time to protect everything from the first time they walk into the home! Upon entering they install booties on feet. They then proceed to completely blanket a path to the work area . The blankets are taken at the end of the job with no mess left behind. Considering how messy loose insulation is I am very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the team. If you are looking for a HVAC company that is not only knowledgeable, but will treat your home with pride and respect Absolute Comfort is top level.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brent. He has always been so helpful and has gone out of his way to help me find answers for my HVAC system. 5 stars is not a high enough rating.

Brent and crew are amazing / every interaction was extremely professional, they were excellent with all communications, they arrived when they promised, were fair with pricing and the attention to detail was amazing. Even cleaned up afterwards! We love our new furnace, AC and zoning. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Due to the sewer back-up flood in our basement (August 2025), our furnace died. Nothing quite like opening the furnace filter hatch to see and smell sewer water! Due to the multi-county flood, HVAC contractors were in high demand and working long hours to help folks in the same spot as us. We asked family and friends for recommendations, and Absolute HVAC was highly spoken of. We contacted them, and thankfully Brent and his team were able to come out in the heat of the summer to assess if the furnace could be repaired. Unfortunately, the mechanics main board was corroded by sewer water and other parts were beyond repair. They had a reasonable price for the replacement, high-efficiency (97%) furnace, and got our HVAC system functioning again. We will be calling on Absolute Comfort HVAC again for year-round maintenance of our AC and new furnace.

Reached out to Brent. Had a brief phone call in which he walked me through what he thought was going on and what my options were. Offered to have technicians out to help heat my home! Instead, had 2 of his techs out in 4 days to install a new furnace. They were very professional, very clean, and were in and out within 4 hours. Can't recommend Absolute Comfort HVAC any more. Thank you guys so much!
