I am so appreciative of the people that work at Majestic. They truly care about their customers and work with the customer. I contacted my home warranty company about my furnace not working. I was told they would escalate my request to have someone come out the same day. Well they didn’t inform Majestic of this so they initially scheduled for the next day. I called my warranty company back to fix the issue, they claimed they couldn’t. I called Majestic myself and told them the situation. The representative immediately began looking for a solution because of the temp. They were out later in the day and fixed the burned out blower. It’s great to work with a company that puts the customer needs first and I recommend them if you need repairs. Great customer service and dependability are the things I appreciate when working with a company. Thank you all so much for coming through for me when you didn’t have to.

Had our AC and furnace replaced and the experience was great. Came to install the day after they received the equipment and installation was very quick. Highly recommend Majestic!

Technician was friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. Michael most definitely worked efficiently to get the job done. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice on how to maintain my systems more effectively moving forward.

Zach serviced my central air unit under a home warranty policy. He went above and beyond. Explained the warranty program, replaced the part and helped with my zone system. I will be using them in the fall to clean my furnace!

It was a smooth installation..Jake was very nice and polite. Explained everything and showed me what was done.

He found all the problems with the unit that weren't addressed by the other company and NOW I have a working unit.

I would not recommend Heating Majestic and Air. They initially pushed my appointment out a week and a half, which was already frustrating but then they texted on the day of the appointment to reschedule again for later in the week. This is completely unacceptable, especially given that I had clearly communicated my son has a lung disease and that living without air conditioning poses a serious health risk.

They made no effort to offer alternatives, prioritize the situation, or even call me directly they simply sent a text. That level of disregard for a family’s safety and comfort is disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others against using this company.

They came earlier than expected and were super efficient and fast. Straight to making my house feel like home again

Majestic came to my Dad's home on time. They proceeded with the installation of the new Central AC and after completion offered recommendations to promote the life of my Dad's new Central Air unit. They cleaned up everything. They even installed a new simpler thermostat for my 92yo dad, at no extra cost. Afterwards they explained everything that they did and were extra patient with my dad... I appreciated that the most!!🤓
I would highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience when Alex came to diagnose my leaking system! He was very courteous, eager to explain what he was doing, and happy to answer any questions I had while he solved my issue. I would happily recommend the to others!

I cannot suggest this company enough. They were extremely helpful from the beginning. We had a technician come out and immediately give us a diagnosis that our air conditioning unit was broken. All of the staff were extremely helpful since I needed to wait awhile for parts.

The two technicians that installed our unit Jacob and Brendon were very professional and got the job done efficiently. As a bonus they were very nice to my dog. Thank you for helping us get our air conditioner fixed before it gets too hot!

I had a Friday scheduled appointment Waukesha Location through my home warranty company and they never showed up, making an excuse that they had the wrong address which was next door, never called or rang the doorbell because I could see my home on my camera. I called and spoke with Bianca and I believe they overbooked to get the job which they knew they couldn’t complete so they refused to actually come out and wanted to reschedule for Monday leaving me and my 80 yr old mother the entire 90 degree weekend in a hot home. Very poor customer service.
