Issac W came out to help with a 25 year old furnace that wouldn’t turn on. He was very thorough with diagnosing the issues, very friendly and easy going, and ultimately helped come up with the best solution of replacement. Very affordable and very accessible, I would highly recommend.

My technician Zach was right on time and addressed my situation and needed repair of a can light. Though the repair was a quick one ,he also did an electrical check from the power box. Zach was courteous and friendly. I paid a very fair price for the completed job and will certainly use them in the future. Also the woman who answered the phone when you call was friendly.

Had power go out on half the house. They came out and found the bad outlet and fixed it. Then started telling us the whole house needed rewiring and the manager was using very high pressure tactics to get us to sign a over $7,000 contract to rewire the whole house. He said it was so serious we can not go another day without getting it fixed. I could not get the guy out of my house. Finally I said I want to be cremated when I die so if my house burns down by tomorrow then my wish will come true. He was aggravated made me sign a release they were not responsible and he finally left. I do not like high pressure sales. That alone alerts me that something is not right.

Very thorough inspection, Isaac and Tyler took the time to explain what was right with my heating units and suggested good preventative maintenance plan. I would recommend others to use Over the Moon.

We were having issues with our lights flickering and weren’t sure of the cause, over the moon came out and our technician Alex did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue. He was patient and took his time in helping us understand the issues and related solutions. I appreciated the upfront pricing estimates with options.

their tech, zach, was here yesterday within two hours after i scheduled "same day" service. he was terrific; very personable, professional, and he solved the problem within a very short time. i very highly recommend this company, as all phases of my contact with them were excellent.

Isaac came to do a furnace tune up as part of my service plan and was very prompt and polite. He reviewed the work with me and talked through options. He connected me quickly with Over the Moon staff about recommended service work and made the process easy.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would read all the reviews including the negative ones which are similar to my experience before using them.

They were out for a furnace checkup. They told me my exchanger had a crack and that my machine was not safe to run and needed to be replaced. We ended up replacing entire HVAC. Suspiciously they cut the price of that in half somehow. But then problems emerged as since install it has taken 7 months and 12 visits, each of those visits with multiple techs and supervisors in and out of my house to try to get these Amana machines to work and pass city inspection. The furnace did not work and the AC did not work. The entire AC and a large portion of the furnace was replaced after install due to not working correctly. We were told multiple times the issue had been fixed only to find the next warm day that it was not in fact working and we had to call them back. They failed city inspection the first time. This included a fairly straightforward issue including not having the right breaker installed for the size of machine they put in.

We were offered an extended “gold membership” as repay for our lost time and wages to deal with these issues. We demanded a partial refund as we were not satisfied with the above experience, which someone named Shawn, who described himself as a manager, agreed to give us, but we never received this. Now this company will not return our calls and we are left with an HVAC system we do not fully trust.

Others have had similar negative experiences here if you scroll through these reviews. Do not use this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My review is solely based on my interaction with Over The Moon. When I contacted the company, they were quick to respond/set up an appointment.
My wish is/was to have a EZ Transfer Switch installed on furnance, to enable a backup power source for continious heat.
Zach was my tech, and he was very polite/knowlegeable. We moved from the furnance to my electricial panel. I received a starting quote of at least $1000.00(maybe?) to directly install a transfer switch inside the electricial panel.
I appreciated the concern for safety measures, etc, but the air quote offered was not for me. I appreciate your time and effort!

Great service - took time to show evidence of potential problems with gauges and charts. And answered all of our questions in a language we could understand and with a very positive demeanor. He even took the time to draw up our system by hand to help explain how it all worked. I highly recommend this technician - the company will likely try to sell you on an extended service plan. Rattle noise from furnace, was inspected.
The noise was coming from my humidifier.
Kyle was very pleasant and understanding of the problem and gave me quotes for repair needed. I appreciate his expertise, however the price was alot higher than I can afford at this time.

We called Fri Jan 23rd in -13 weather because we had no heat they said for 59.00 they would put us on list but if we paid 200 someone could come right away. Well we had no heat so right away was best. They charged 2000 in total and by 730pm we had some heat. By 8am it was not working again. So we tried to call and they said they can try to get someone out Monday. Um its -10 degrees we paid 2000 via a loan they offered for less than 24 hours of heat. We now have 3 space heater and a fire going its back to 50 degrees already. Obviously this was a poor choice

I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and honesty. The issue was resolved and pricing was reasonable. My go to company from now on!

We’ve had Kyle to our house several times for both heating and cooling issues and he always has a very positive attitude and confidence in being able to solve whatever the issue ends up being. He’s stayed late if needed to make sure the job is done and it’s always done well. His services are always SO appreciated!

Called Over the Moon wanted to install my New Ring doorbell that i bought on Amazon, wanted it to link to my Alexa Display sitting next to my chair, Zach was sent out to see what needed to be done. I agreed to the Price, and they had their installers out the same day to mount my camera and solar charger, but they could not get it working. As an older gentleman i forgot my passwords for everything. I called back into the office upset because i paid to install it and it didn't work. I spoke with Bradley one of the Mangers and he came out same day to see what could be done. He determined i needed something else to make it work he showed me on amazon what i needed to order to get it up and running. Amazon delivered the needed parts Sunday. Bradley showed up at 12 on Sunday and spent over 3 hours figuring out my passwords, called ring and internet provider to get all passwords so he could get it to work. He even wrote down all my passwords so i will have them when needed again. Over the Moons Dedication to ensure i was a happy customer in the end was Priceless. Would recommended them to any and everyone needing Heating, Cooling or Electric work done. Zach and Bradley were amazing and went way over and beyond my exceptions. I received over the moon experience and will be a customer for life! I would give 10 Stars if I could
