I was amazed by how much dirt, dust and pet hair they cleaned out of my duct system. It must have been 25 pounds. Very professional service and crew. The owner and the crew were very diligent in explaining what they do (and why they do it) which gives you confidence in their work. I can't wait to see how this improves our health.

We have a new construction house that is now 6 years old and have never had the ducts cleaned. I called and left a message to schedule a cleaning and the owner called me back that day (note that it was after 5 pm when he called so I was impressed!) I was able to get an appointment scheduled within 2 weeks. The guys they sent were very professional and knowledgeable...texted and even called when they were on their way. They took before and after pictures, amazing! Highly recommend them!

Kyle did a thorough job and gave me some good pointers for our aging furnace. He was respectful and professional.

Very friendly staff. Kyle came to install our air conditioner and due a maintenance check on our furnace. Kyle is always very attentive and thorough.

Kyle was our technician today, and he just went above and beyond. He was super professional, loved that he used booties indoors, and friendly. He did a thorough check of our hvac system and explained what we could do to better our system. He cleaned our air conditioning system and educated us on things we could do to make it more energy efficient. Awesome service, because of Kyle we will keep going to over the moon for all of our heating, air and electric needs!

Called to have our furnace looked at, since the heat is not working. They sent Issac out, he was very respectful of our time and helpful in figuring out the problem, he spent hours checking all of the parts and things to diagnose the problem - all that time later Bradley comes out and double checks all of what Issac checked...then looks at even more things. Turns out we will need a new furnace. Looking forward to working with them in the future. These are good guys, it's important to have good guys on your side when unexpected things come up that you don't have the skills to fix yourself.

Zach and Dwayne showed up on time to do an inspection and were done quickly. They provided a clear array of estimates for correcting the issue I had with my old home and broke it down and sent me a convenient email estimate for all the options. Very satisfied with the service and relieved that the approach was entirely no pressure. I usually have a guy I go to for electrical work but I wouldn't hesitate to use Over The Moon if my regular guy couldn't or wouldn't.

Evan has been wonderful, he broke everything down in such detail for me. Answered all of my questions thoroughly, and paid such attention to detail.

This is the best place to call for your needs very prompt and professional Kyle is amazing and his company is just beyond words. I would recommend this company to everyone i know. And as a business owner I wish more people would have this type of work ethic. I would give them 10 stars

Extremely pleased with the staff that Over the Moon sent to install a circuit breaker and replace a bathroom exhaust fan . The professional knowledge, expertise, and care they have ensured us they were going to do a high quality installation and equipment exchange.

Just fabulous! A pesky CO2 detector in combination with old smoke detector beeping drove us to almost start Happy Hour at 11:30!

Zach was our savior of the day as he methodically checked and rechecked until he identified the problem.

All is well, incessant beeping has stopped and we're up and running with new smoke and CO2 detectors.

Kyle was very friendly and thorough. I appreciated how he provided multiple options to look into and allowed me to make an educated decision. Unfortunately there was zero follow through. They ditched me twice in a scheduled appointment. Kyle was good when he came, but then never sent what he said he would and then they reached out a month later to inquire why I didn’t move forward with them. Also, not to be the guy who knows a local guy, but a neighbor just refilled my refrigerant when Over the moon said it was good and my AC has worked great since that. Saved me 5-7k….seemed real sketchy. The people seem good, but the communication is poor.

Seems to be a great company over all. Zach was a major problem solver for us and had to think outside the box to figure out a strange issue we were having with a brand new switch they put in. He did all the proper troubleshooting and got it all straightened out. I know odd problems are really frustrating but he was very pleasant and professional the entire time. Thank you Zach for figuring it out! I appreciate you!

Alex and Isaac came to diagnose issue with electrical issues with garage door openers. They explained the issue thoroughly and solved the issue. Both we’re honest and upfront regarding additional upgrades needed for our 23 years old home. We will be sure to use them with any issues going forward.

I would never know how good they are, because they never showed. We needed a quick fix on our furnace and chose them because they could make it in 2 days. We had an 8-12 window. At 12:37 we get a text that they MAY not make the window. Then they auto reschedule for 12-5. They text at 3:30 that they are still behind, but will REALLY try to make it tonight only to text at 5:15 that they can't make it, and can't make it the next day, but can make it in 2 days. The next day, they text that they can't make it for over a week. So, for ruining a full day of work, not communicating the issues until well after the windows passed, making me change around schedules so I could make another day work and then bailing on that day and a full week after I couldn't give a different rating.

Very positive experience with Zach . He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. What stood out is that he took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend Over the Moon for anyone needing electrical service.
