I had a great experience with Jacob, who came out to fix my AC. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my AC up and running again in no time. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

I’ve grown to trust Majestic Custom Heating and Cooling over the last two years. Since they were first assigned to me by American Home Shield for a service call, the advice I’ve received has been excellent. They’ve kept my old air conditioner operating longer than I expected and tested the furnace for safety with specific standards that I could understand. When we bought the house, both units were old, and Majestic made me feel confident that they were safe and that we had a plan for knowing when to replace them.

Recently a young technician named Zach did a fine job of diagnosing a leaky gasket and finding the part for a 22 year old unit. Like all of their technicians, he showed patience beyond the call of duty for a guy (me) who tends to ask a ton of questions (my lifelong dividend paying curse—Lol!).

I now insist on using only Majestic for my HVAC system, and that confidence gives me peace of mind.

Zach texted me before his arrival and gave me a ETA which was very helpful. Zach explained everything he was going to do during the season check up for our furnace. Zach was very polite, he answered all of my questions. He made sure everything was cleaned up and back together before he left. Would definitely have them out for seasonal check up on my Air conditioner.

Jake the install technician did a really great job installing our new furnace. Professional and thorough he also checked out some things I was concerned about and did a great job in clean up. I can’t express how cool it was to have him as the installer.

My central air installation was absolutely fabulous! Jake answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. His professionalism and patience really stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — truly top-notch service from start to finish!

Chase, Troy, and Jake were great to work with. Chase explained any issues that were found during the tune up. Troy & Jake did the replacement of our 30 year system very efficiently completing in a timely manner. They answered all our questions to make sure we keep the system running at top performance.

Majestic was fulfilling a fall maintenance request from our home service company. I mention this as we do not have a choice as to which company the warranty company sends. I would assume they send who will provide the service at the lowest cost.

Zach, from Majestic, was on time, professional, and clearly explained what he checked and adjusted with our furnace. He showed the readout from his meters and what the adjustments made would do for the system. It was easy to see he was enthusiastic about his profession and represents Majestic well.

We had a good experience and if service is needed in the future we will request using them for sure.

Originally, Majestic was sent out to do the fall tuneup through our home warranty. We did not get to choose a provider, but are glad that Majestic turned out to be so good. Turned out that we needed a new unit. (We expected that eventually, so it wasn't the biggest shock.)

Jake and Ben were our installers. Professional, timely, and efficient. Left the work area as clean as when they found it. There was a little mixup with communication when they were on they're way, but I don't necessarily hold the installers responsibility for that. Thank you, gentlemen, for your work!

Troy did an outstanding job replacing my AC unit today — and on a chilly, rainy day no less! He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly. Full Installation of a 80000 BTU furnace replacement. Great experience with the guys here! Professional, on time, and fast. They took the old furnace out, moved the new one in, and installed it without any hindrance. New furnace works just fine.
