So happy to have found absolute comfort! Our furnace went out over a weekend, and after having a different company come out and tell us we needed a new furnace without even trying to fix it, absolute comfort came out to give us a quote for a new furnace and also fixed the furnace while they were there so we would have heat while awaiting the new furnace. Absolute comfort quickly got us on their schedule to install the new furnace and the workers were kind and courteous and got the job done efficiently. We will definitely be using absolute comfort for all of our HVAC needs going forward!

Brent did a phenomenal job. Very clean and very thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all set with our boiler repair. He made sure to answer any questions and was very courteous and respectful. Josh and his team did a tremendous job on my furnace replacement. I was not expecting to have to replace my furnace today, but he walked me through his diagnostic and made it very clear that I had a safety hazard on my hands. At the same time, he clearly explained all of my options, did not attempt to upsell me on anything, organized his team and had them complete the install in one day. The team was incredibly professional and efficient, and kept their masks on properly whenever interacting with me directly. Excellent service from On Time. My aging AC unit was struggling and Shane and team did a great job going over the options for repair or replacement. I chose replacement and they got everything installed quickly and cleanly. They took their time explaining all the new features and answered all my questions along the way.
