Wonderful experience with our remodel. Everything was kept on track, we were kept in the loop, and it all went according to plan.

Michael F Simon Builders is a great company with awesome people. You won't be disappointed.

Well organized and networked, excellent professionalism, reasonable prices, high standards. Outstanding remodel (bathroom and plenty more). I highly recommend Simon Builders

We are thrilled with the quality of our new home. Very impressed with Simon Builders!

The fine workmanship by the Simon Builder's crew on updating our bar area and the creativity shared in changing a storage area into a home gym made for a wonderful update to our condo

I highly recommend Michael F. Simon Builders. It is always a pleasure working with them, their exceptional quality and craftsmanship cannot be beat!

This place is a true class act. They built us a stunning screened-in porch a few years back with styling and options others couldn't provide. They were very transparent and pleasant throughout the process.

Had my deck redone and everything is better than expected. They took the time to explain all of my options as well as made sure I was happy with my selected options. Everyone was very professional and I am loving my new deck.

We had an amazing experience with Simon Builders. No surprises, quality workmanship and amazing responsiveness. We love our new space!

WORST EXPERIENCE-JUST TRYING TO GET A QUOTE!!

I contacted them Summer of 2018 looking for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was put in contact with Michael who told me he had something big he was planning for his daughter, (I think wedding) so I would have to wait several weeks for him to come out. When he finally did he took kitchen measurements, we told him our budget. He informed me it would be a few weeks for an estimate. I waited 3 weeks, no response. I called and left a message, waited another week no response. I called and finally was able to get a hold of him and told he would get the estimate done tomorrow. Well here is is Spring May of 2019 and I am still waiting.-no estimate, no call to say sorry, NOTHING!!. I wish I could rate the quality of their construction but I couldn't even get an estimate. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Glad I didn't try to get that estimate, because if it takes almost a year for an estimate, how long would the actual remodel take?!?

The attention to detail and quality of the work done is outstanding! The entire staff is highly professional. It was a pleasure working with them from the initial plan to the end of the project. We couldn't be happier with results of our Home Bar project.

It is always a pleasure working with Simon Builders, the attention to detail, follow through with their customers and professionalism from their staff encourages me to strive for the same in my business! Keep up the great work Simon Builders!

The craftsmanship of the staff at Michael Simon is the best in the city, the attention to detail and the communication were awesome!! We did an entire home remodel and could not be happier with the result!!

MFS Builders designed, built and managed the entire project of the construction of our new home during the first year of Covid pandemic. Their team guided us throughout the entire project, updates were given to us weekly on the development of tasks completed and upcoming ones, they were open to changes within limits, and delivered our dream retirement home exactly as the plans. It was very important to us to have a very tight house and energy efficient. They nailed both areas. Their employees are wonderful to work with and very fun. Professionals. Very polite too. They search for the best products and vendors around to meet their high standards on quality. Thank you for our beautiful home.

Michael F Simon Builders assisted us with turning a house into our forever dream home. We made the decision to work with them based on their longstanding, strong reputation and outstanding craftsmanship. We couldn’t have made a better choice.

Our project was the complete remodel of a lake house. We began working together even before we purchased the property. Phil And Lori literally toured houses with us to help select the one that would best meet our needs and wants. We felt this was above and beyond as there wasn’t even a commitment yet to utilize MF Simon for our project. Once the decision was made on a house to purchase, the team we worked with was phenomenal. Lori Brausen completed our design. Lori is so patient and accommodating, not to mention knowledgeable! Thereafter, Paul and Phil were very forthright in developing a proposal for the project. There was no sugarcoating or overpromising. There was no hesitation from us to make the the commitment to move forward. What they promised is what we experienced and more.

The team went to work and gave us immediate confidence and trust in their work. We received specific direction and updates along the way. We appreciated the fact that Bob Clemens sincerely approached our project as if it were his own home. The attention to detail from everyone was incredible. Anyone would anticipate a project this extensive would have its glitches. It did, but what
matters is that everyone worked hard to resolve them to our satisfaction. Our home is beautiful. We have continued to receive ongoing support from a very caring group. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, Phil and team!

My wife and I were looking around the Waunakee areas for quotes on a screened deck remodel. We spoke with a few companies but decided to hire MFS. From the first meeting with Dan (sales) and Darren (project manager) we knew we made the right decision. They were very informative and answered all questions/concerns we had. The construction crew of Collin (foreman), Mikey, and Trey were professional, courteous, prompt, and always available to answer any questions we had about the progress. They cleaned up the area of construction daily and never left a mess. During the teardown from the original deck build, they were able to show us areas of concern on the house that needed to be addressed. Collin explained how bad the damage was and the cause of it. They also agreed to continue to check the remaining areas of the house that were possibly affected and repaired them as well. They returned daily until the job was completed. At no point were told that they were too busy and had to return at a later date to finish the project.
Not only did they do a fantastic job on the new deck, but now we have piece of mind that the house is in better shape than it was when they started!
We have worked with a number of construction companies/contractors over the years but have never been as pleased with the work and people that are at MFS. If we ever need work in the future, we will only be making one call!
