Constraction reviews in Waunakee, Wisconsin

From the initial home visit until our deck was finished I have been extremely happy and impressed with Michael F Simon Builders attention to detail with their work, as well as their customer service. I have many home improvements projects on my list for the future and I will most definitely be using Michael Simon Builders.

Simon Builders worked with us to design and build our new home. This is the fourth time we've built and the second time we've built with Simon. From beginning to end the project management and responsiveness and communication was excellent. We are so glad we chose Simon Builders!

Three Season Porch Looks Awesome! This was our 2nd project with Simon Builders. They are still the most professional, consistent and reliable builder in the Madison area. They have great work crews that have the attention to detail home owners look for. The project managers communication was 2nd to none. Everything was communicated and clear as to what to expect next. I highly recommend Simon builders for your next home or remodeling project.

I am a material provider for Michael F. Simon builders, and I have to say when it comes to being organized with a great structure, the Simon's have a great system. I truly enjoy working with them knowing that that they pick out the best materials, and people who they trust to work for you. If your looking for a builder, talk to Michael F Simon, they offer a true touch in the industry along with one that is organized with a great outlook.

Michael F. Simon Builders completely designed and installed a new outside deck and extensive boardwalk for me. Both replaced a twentyseven year old set of structures that had partially rotted out. Everything was
constructed out of composite lumber for long term durability. This
project was completed in the depths of winter. It looks great and is extremely functional.
Michael Simon Builders does a great job in a highly professional manner.

Simon takes care of everything, and does so with strong communication, clear budget outlines, and checks and balances to be sure all of the work is done to the customer's satisfaction. It was so nice to have Simon handle all of the organizing of the contractors for each aspect of our project. The peace of mind and quality of their work is worth the investment!

I have been working with Michael F Simon Builders for over twelve years. They build beautiful houses and are really easy to work with. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are a great choice to make your dream home come true.

I was very happy with the remodeling of two bathrooms. Terry was great to work with and gave me weekly updates. Michael Simon uses the greatest subcontractors too. From the tile work to the plumbing to the electrical to the painter and the mirror installers were top notch and always cleaned up after themselves. Paul Simon was very patient with my change orders. I would certainly recommend Michael Simon builders and hope to use them again!

Another great job by Michael F Simon Builders!! The company has performed several jobs for our family, from building our new home 10 years ago, to completely remodeling a 1950s farmhouse, to the latest task of converting our wood burning fireplace to a natural gas insert. Almost all of the jobs have been performed without us being present in the State of Wisconsin (split time with our home in Texas). The jobs have been absolutely perfect each time, and their workforce is 100% trustworthy. We would recommend them to anyone for building projects of any size.

I can enthusiastically recommend Michael F Simon Builders, both as a realtor and as a very satisfied homeowner customer. They have done beautiful work for my clients and also did an amazing job repairing some damage to my own home. Their team was professional in every way, their work was completely in a timely fashion despite some big weather challenges, and the final product is outstanding.

Simon Builders performed a remodel of our powder room and relocation of an adjacent closet. Also, hardwood flooring was added to match existing flooring. It was a complex project due to manner in which the plumbing and electrical had to be changed and matching the wood flooring that had become difficult to find. They did an excellent job! We are very pleased with the finished product and highly recommend them.

Michael F Simon Builders delivers top quality - it shows in their attention to detail, the craftsmanship of their work, the quality and professionalism of the people that work for them. They were responsive to our needs, changes and requests, and brought the vision we had for our basement remodel to life. We would highly recommend working with them.

After calling around town, Simon Builders was the only company to take on my smaller project. I asked several times if this would be a good fit for them and they assured me it would be. After months of design work back and forth, they dropped me as a client and left me with a poor product. I’ve had nothing but headaches with the site plan and home plans as I was told they were complete, charged an exorbitant amount of money, and yet working with a new builder, they are in fact incomplete. I would have shopped my design needs around if I knew they weren’t going to take on the build as well. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend.

We have used Michael Simon Builders for two major home remodel projects within the last six years and could not be happier with how they turned out. The process is smooth from start to finish and their staff (both in-house and out in the field) is very professional, courteous, and highly skilled. We will use them again if/when another remodel project presents itself.

Simon Builders Did a fantastic job organizing and planning our project. Even though we ultimately Couldn’t move forward, due to our own circumstances and nothing to do with Simon builders, They were completely understanding And I would still recommend them to anybody looking for their type of services. They are very professional, easy to work with, and make it a smooth process. We would definitely work with them in the future when the time is right for us. Highly recommend!

Second project with Simon Builders. Nathan does a great job keeping us informed. The subs are all talented, courteous and on time. Would have no problem with them taking on any other remodels.

Michael F Simon Builders did a terrific job with an extensive re-model of our home. Quality of work was outstanding, everyone on the team was a consummate professional, communication was excellent, and they accomplished the work on time with the pre-established schedule. We found them to be very easy to work with and will be repeat costumers for any work in the future. Highly recommend them.

Michael F Simon Builders did an incredible job remodeling our bathroom! Their craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. The team was courteous, efficient, and kept us updated throughout. If you're considering a remodel, I highly recommend Michael F Simon Builders for their expertise and excellent customer service. Thank you for transforming our bathroom into a dream space!

We had this vision to put in a pool with a pool house. When we contacted Michael F Simon Builders--they were excited to take on this project. Simon created plans that captured our vision with a pool house attached to our main home. Simon worked closely with Neuman Pools for the first phase of this project building the foundation and infrastructure while Neuman built the pool. Neuman Pools told us how Simon was one of the best companies they have ever worked with. There were many details that had to be coordinated and from the home owner's perspective--everything went perfect!

For phase 2 of the project, Simon built the house around the pool. They designed the outside of the pool house so that it matched our existing home and the addition looks very natural. Building over a pool had its challenges, yet Simon had all the details worked out. The pool house is stunning with its high ceilings, lighting, sliding glass doors and beautiful windows.

Throughout the process, Simon has a project coordinator who manages all the details, follows up on everything, and is in regular communication so we always knew what was happening. All the builders, electricians, plumbers, etc. who worked on our project were very social with us and our dogs, hard-working, respectful, and good communicators.

We had an amazing experience working with Simon Builders and highly recommend them.

Our firm cannot say enough good things about Michael F Simon Builders. Every project that we partner with them on runs smoothly from onboarding through closing. Their process is buttoned up, their team is knowledgeable and highly skilled, and the execution is top notch. We look forward to every future project with this group!

I was very happy with the finished project, a brand new sub floor and LVT laid in the bathroom. They also installed a brand new cupboard built into the wall. After the job was completed I had one very small issue I wanted fixed and Kyle sent someone over a couple days later and it was fixed! Would highly recommend.
