I am extremely pleased with with the service I received. The guys who came were both courteous and efficient. And they did the work with cheerfulness and exceeded my expectations. Would hire again with no qualms. Highly recommended.

David, the driver, communicated with me several times to keep me apprised as to when he world be arriving. The work was done quickly and efficiently, then I received additional communication when the job was completed. The entire process , from making the appointment, payment, etc. was supremely easy. I am very pleased with Load Up and highly recommend them.

This experience was worth the money! I found this company because I needed garbage removal. We moved and had several trash bags and boxes in our backyard for weeks. I made an appointment and the NEXT day they were able to come! I was really happy because I’ve been staring at this trash for too long. Christian texted me when he’d show up, and he was right on time. My husband and I offered to help several times, but he kindly declined and picked up everything himself! He was very professional and helpful! Highly recommend his services!

What a great service! We needed a couch removed, and I used their online portal to request a quote, and someone called me back within minutes and even saved me a few bucks. We set up a date, and the driver communicated through text messaging how far away he was, etc. He was on time, and the whole removal took less than 15 minutes. In and out, no problem. I'll gladly use LoadUp again when I need a piece of furniture hauled away!

Overall the service was great. I am not a fan of pass around or automated calls that loop then hang up. But when you finally do get someone the willingness to assist is noted. They followed my instructions and they were able to get the job done.

I loved the pricing which was affortable and upon arrival how fast they loaded up my stuff! my loader was very nice and efficient, while cracking jokes. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Load up did a great job. My mom badly needed a new sofa so I bought her one that she picked out. My mom lives in Canton Ga and I live in Charleston sc so i.was left with figuring out how to get her large bulky old sofa out. I found Load Up online so decided to try them. They were great. In fact they were above my expectations. They showed up on time to remove the old sofa. They were professional and extremely kind to my mom. I don't know how but they got the old sofa down the stairs and out of the house. The pricing was more than reasonable. Thanks to LoadUp, this whole process went much smoother than I had imagined. I would recommend them to anyone.

The website ordering, customer support, and billing were atrocious. Customer service is either unable or unwilling to address a billing problem they created.

This company was great to work with! Easy online process. Requested a pick up for a deep freezer and instantly had a guaranteed price. The driver text you when on the way and then 30 minutes out.
