First time using LoadUp. Service and communication were great. Needed new mattress in a box setup and old removed. Tim and Marcel did an excellent job. Very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use LoadUp again.

If you have a need for junk removal services, or items to be donated and they won’t come up 2 or 3 flights of stairs I would Highly Recommend LoadUp! @loadup ….Luis and his partner were quick, efficient and went above and beyond!!!! I booked them the night before around 8pm and they arrived about 10am the following day! They were a life saver. I had donated some furniture and unfortunately they could not take everything and I had my new furniture being delivered the next day at 11:45am so I had to find someone quick to come and pick this up and be able to come up 3 flights of stairs. Luis was amazing and I would definitely use them again!!! I had a chest of drawers, a closet door, 2 bags of clothes and other misc. items.

The service was just what I hoped it would be. The price was quite affordable. The two gentlemen removed my old mattress and box spring, dispatched the headboard and footboard to the basement then set up my new bed. They also removed all packaging material. I'm happy I chose Load Up.

I used the local moving service from Load up to move a heavy front load washer/dryer up an old narrow staircase from the main floor of our house to the upstairs laundry room. Online scheduling was very convenient and the first team showed up the next day. Unfortunately the first team was not prepared to move the items and were unable to get the appliances upstairs. I contacted Load up and they were very responsive and sent another team out the next morning. The second team was more familiar with appliance moves and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the ease of scheduling, the responsiveness and customer service when things didn’t go exactly as planned and the second team was timely, professional, and did a great job!

The two young men who picked up the load today were polite, professional and excellent!! Highly recommend l!!!

Customer service was very good, except that they didn't put the information into system for the one driver/exchange person that the KING size mattress needed to be brought to the second floor. The delivery driver could not do the job alone. For a junk removal company how would one person remove a sofa, refrigerator, large dresser from a second floor alone? I had to get my neighbors to help him. SMH.

I had a great experience with LoadUp Junk Removal. I called several different companies and no one would give me a direct quote, which was really frustrating. When I called LoadUp, they gave me a clear quote over the phone right away and scheduled the pickup for the very next day.

The price was also far less than what I was being quoted elsewhere, and it was such a relief to know exactly what I was paying upfront with no guessing or surprises. Super easy, transparent, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Had a super pleasant and easy experience! Scheduling was quick and I was able to schedule for next day even. My driver Akossiwa and his partner were a bit early for the time window but waited for me to get home and communicated well. Pick up was super fast and they were nice. Highly recommend :)

Our trees look great!

Highly recommend. Professional and knowledgeable.
Modern in the best ways - responding to email, accept electronic payment, answer texts, headsets with mic's so they aren't yelling constantly, remote control cranes, etc.
Old school in the best ways - stand behind their work, honest about what they recommend and why, treat people with respect, show up when they say they will, etc.

Would highly recommend! They did a fantastic job trimming our very large honey locust trees and they look beautiful! They were very easy to communicate with and fairly priced!

I really had a great experience with Peterson's Tree care. They arrived on time discussed the work , and proceeded with trimming . At the end they went over what they did and cleaned up the site perfectly.

They did a great job with our tree removal. Joe explained everything clearly, and he helped us work with neighbors to make it easier. The pricing was reasonable, as was timing. I will use them again!
