Excellent company! They were able to get out the pet odors that have been lingering in our carpet for 6 years! They were able to treat the subfloor and replace the padding.

Nick did a fantastic job with cleaning out my air ducts. He was thorough and explained his techniques. He is flexible, efficient, and personable, and I can tell he's loyal to his clients. Would highly recommend!

My lower east side Milwaukee condominium recently experienced a significant water-damage event. If your property has incurred a similar event, then you know that the restoration industry is overrun with self-congratulatory firms -- whose "happy clients" try to persuade you to use their chosen company, rather than someone else.

Add MACC to that list.

On the afternoon of May 3, 2022, I emailed MACC -- with a clear, specific description of my unit's carpet cleaning needs. Someone who identified himself as MACC's owner replied, via email, saying that he was out of town at the moment -- but that he would reply again the following night, with a fuller response.

He never did.

On May 5, I spoke with the owner via cellphone -- asking if his delay was because he didn't want the job. He denied that -- and added that he might be available, in the coming days, to stop by my unit and have a look. In the interim, he said, it would help if I could email some photos of my carpeting -- apparently to help assess the scale of the job. He promised that, upon doing so, he would get back to me. Within two hours of that conversation, I emailed six photos of my carpeting -- eagerly awaiting his reply.

He never did.

On May 9, I called again. I left a message on his voicemail, asking -- again -- if he didn't want the job. The voicemail promised he'd get back to me as soon as he could.

He never did.

Milwaukee is full of companies -- in many industries, not just restoration -- that promise you the moon and the stars, and then deliver neither. Be advised that MACC is clearly among them.

Wow!!!! Milwaukee Area Carpet Cleaning is Professional and Affordable!!! Had duct work on two story home 18 years old.....pulled out even construction debris! My allergies improved at least 70%. Also had all carpeting cleaned----i watched multiple step processs. Nick got out 15 yr old nail polish stain! I used "the guys in the little yellow trucks" before and they did a horrible job. Do not hesitate to trust your cleaning to this company.

MACC cleaned the carpets in my new house and Nick did an outstanding job. The carpets were very dirty and he didn't mind to spend more time until the work was done properly, He was very thorough and flexible. I'll definitevely be calling him again.

MACC did an outstanding job on our old dirty carpet. My wife runs a daycare at our house so our carpets take a lot of abuse. We were planning to get new carpet but thought we’d try getting them cleaned first. Nick came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I’d forgotten what color our carpet actually was. Per MACC’s recommendation we’ve signed up for a carpet maintenance plan to keep our carpets looking great and safe for the kids!

We moved into a rental where carpets were cleaned prior to moving in. The stains wicked up from the padding on our move in date and you could smell there had been cats here before. We were embarrassed to have company.

MACC came out and removed the stains for good and also neutralized the pet odors. We never thought anyone would get those stains out. MACC is the only carpet cleaning company I will ever use in the future. They were very thorough, professional, and explained everything in great detail. LOVE LOVE LOVE this company and you will too.

Nick and the MACC crew did an exceptional job with grout cleaning/sealing and carpet cleaning. I have used more expensive national services before and the grout and tile have never been this clean. Excellent service and value!

It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He was slow on replying back to messages. He texted me the night before and the morning of my appointment, and was a no call no show. After I asked why he didn't come, I still didn't get a message or phone call back. I tried to set up a reschedule date, and he never replied back. Would not recommend.

I would absolutely recommend this company! Excellent, friendly, top-line service! I couldn't be happier with the results. The two fellas were courteous and so helpful. I will be recommending this company to my friends and will post this on Yelp for everyone to see. So much more competent than the other services I've used in the past. Good people.

We had spots of coffee stains on our rug and tried everything to get them out including steam cleaning by another company.
Milwaukee Area Carpet Cleaning was called to cut out and patch the stains with a carpet remnant, however the young man decided he could remove the stains without patching. His process and procedure worked and the carpet stains were removed. We are so happy with their professional evaluation and service! Thank you

Milwaukee Area Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job! I can not recommend them enough. They brought my carpets back to their original pristine condition. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, there was minimal disruption, they were friendly, kind, and highly professional. I will only use them from now on.

Nick and his dad were awesome! They drove all the way to Kenosha (in a severe thunderstorm) to patch a hole that our dog chewed in the carpet. Patch looks awesome and gave us tips to help it blend even more. They also cleaned the carpet and it looks and smells great! Definitely would recommend!

Nick and his crew came out to clean and seal my grout in 4 rooms and in my shower. They did a fabulous job, very professional, extremely personable , plus they arrived on time. MACC cleaned our living room & hallway rug. Nick worked around our schedules. Our carpet was very dirty & stained. Nick was able to get the stains out & the heavily trafficked areas clean. I’m very pleased with the results & would recommend his cleaning services.

I usually hate to write negative reviews, but hopefully this review will help others. I requested for carpet stretching and cleaning for a living room. The owner(Nick) never showed up for a scheduled date and time for the estimate. So, I ended up sending photos for the estimate per their request. I finally got the estimate($350) and scheduled for the service. On the scheduled service day, it was another "no show." I called and emailed the company and they have not responded. I don't know how they have good reviews.

This company also operates a stone refinishing company. We had them reseal our marble, clean grout in another area and refinish a marble fire place. Everything looks beautiful and Nick was easy to work with and very professional. The crew did a great job!

Contacted MACC to get carpet stretched and cleaned. Nick kept me up to date on when he was arriving and did a good job explaining the stretching and cleaning method and everything looks great. Won’t hesitate to hire again and highly recommended.

This is a terrific company you can trust. I am so impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work they performed. They went above and beyond my expectations. They truly care about getting it right and making sure you are a happy customer in the end. It is nice to know that I have a company I can rely on for future carpet and tile maintenance needs. We’ve had our carpets cleaned in the past and Nick was way more thorough than anyone else. Our home now smells amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased. Customer service also top-notch. I highly recommend!
