Dan just finished installing floating shelves over my tiles kitchen walls. He was perfect for the job! Highly recommend Dan and Best Handyman.

Just an overall bad experience. Showed up late... did not bring needed materials with him (even though job was thoroughly explained prior to appointment)... charged extra for materials even though we were told that wouldn't be the case... then, low-and-behold, after handyman left it turns out that they didn't even complete all necessary (and contracted) work.

Not impressed... actually quite disappointed.

Would not recommend.

From estimate to completion, the job of giving a total overhaul and face lift to my aged deck by Rick H. was fantastic! He did it in a timely manner--despite periods of rain, extreme high temperatures and some difficulties in getting materials. He did a ten star job on a decrepit, old, 'minus ten" deck and made it look brand new. Rick was a pleasure to work with, had great advice and suggestions, and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. He was professional and meticulous in every detail of his work. He cleaned up and hauled away the old materials afterward so it looked like no one was ever here and as if a new-looking deck magically landed on the back of my house! I highly recommend Best Handyman and Rick H. to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. Rick rocks!

One of their handymen came over to give a quote and in the process, argued with me about what was causing a leaking issue and insisted on testing his theory by trying to shove our showerhead at an angle it doesn't go. He snapped our showerhead off, then blamed us by saying it had to have been cracked (it wasn't). He didn't offer to deduct the replacement cost from his quote and only offered to put on a new one that we would have to buy. When I called the company to ask for reimbursement, it took a week to get a response, and by then we'd had to buy a new showerhead to use our shower. The owner only offered to replace the exact same one we had, which would've been fine, but we'd already replaced it by the time he returned our call, and he wouldn't do anything for us at that point. Will never use them for anything.

Eric was great! I'm a guy who doesn't know how to do much as far as house repairs and Eric came, did the repair, and left. It was a really seamless process and I will be contacting them again!

The handyman, Chadwick, was fantastic! He was efficient, smart, & very fair. He let us pay him after we had 2 days worth of work done. Would definitely use him again & highly recommend!
