I reached out to Patrick for some help with my portable A/C. I gave him the details and he provided me with options to make a good decision. I appreciated his work and I'll trust his expertise again.

Patrick is owner and does the work. Put a pump in our LG dishwasher. Was in and out in 30 minutes and had very fair pricing. Told the company when we made the service appointment the error code & how I had trouble shot the problem. With that info, along with the model & serial number he was able to have the parts on truck to make repair. A company that actually listened so did not take 2 trips and trip charges!!!! Very satisfied all the way around!

The technician, Patrick, was able to diagnose the issue with my Electrolux dryer. While I choose not to have it repaired, he clearly explained the estimated costs and potential issues with the work it needed.

Patrick repaired my 2011 LG fridge just before Thanksgiving 2018 and it's still running great. Extremely knowledgeable service that was on schedule. Fortunately, the cost came in at the low end of the quote. They inform and prepare you for all potential costs up front, no nonsense or runaround. They are very friendly and keep you well informed of the repairs. I would recommend Elitech to anyone!

This team was super fast. We called last week due to our dryer belt breaking and they slotted us in for today (so had to wait a few days). But our time frame was 8am-12pm and sure enough within our time frame Manuel called, arrived, and fixed our dryer. The price was reasonable, timely, and professional. Will definitely be calling yall again for any future appliance fixes! Thanks!

Our LG refrigerator died the day after we experienced a 16 hour power outage. Juanita was extremely friendly and provided a lot of information to me prior to booking the appointment. Patrick came and fixed our refrigerator and also gave me some very good information. I definitely recommend this business!

I called a couple of companies... some of which told me they don't repair LG refrigerators. When I called Elitech, they told me my fridge should still be under the 5 year LG warranty and gave me instructions on how to start the process with LG. The receptionist was very helpful and patient (I had to call LG back because they didn't dispatch the service order which Elitech needed). The technician called when he was on his way and right away was able to confirm something wasn't right. He was professional and quick with the repairs. I would highly recommend Elitech!

EXCELLENT refrigerator repair! Our 4-year old LG frig’s compressor died. Because it was under warranty, we needed to contact the company. Lucky for us, the certified technician they assigned us to was Patrick Kaiser. Communication was exceptional. He was even able to get us moved up on their schedule. Patrick is also certified to do warranty work on Frigidaire and Electrolux appliances. He can also work on Midea and Criterion appliances.
If your appliance is out of warranty, he can also work on Samsung, Whirlpool, Maytag, and KitchenAid. Patrick is personable, professional, and positive. I highly recommend his company, ELITECH. (Say “Elite Tech”)

Have dealt with Elitech twice and in both cases they were excellent. First was on an LG fridge and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. Second was on a washer, in which they did some research and found that the service call was not necessary. To my knowledge, they are the only LG service company in the Milwaukee area.

Manuel was very fast & knowledgeable he was in & out within the hour!

Excellent repair service! Patrick from Elitech has provided service on our LG appliances for almost ten years and always does an amazing job. Today he repaired my 18 year old LG washing machine and it's humming like a new machine. I would highly recommend Elitech!

Patrick came in and quickly diagnosed the issue with my new Frigidaire freezer door not sealing. He had it fixed in minutes. Very pleased with his service, expertise and experience. Patrick, the owner of this firm, was just out today to replace a circulation/pump motor on our LG dishwasher. He affected the repair very quickly and efficiently. On top of that, Patrick is a pleasant person clearly committed to customer service. I would certainly recommend him to others and will use him again should our suite of LG appliances need repair.

Can't say enough good things about this company, friendly, first class service, punctual and great communication! They've been out 2 times, one for a TV issue and one for a dishwasher issue. Both are LG products. Both diagnosed and fixed the first time. So hard to come by a company that actually answers the phone, let alone fixes the issue on the first try but they do it. Highly recommend!
