I have called a couple times, and left messages and no one has gotten back to me!

BEWARE !!!

I wish I could give -100 star. Last yr. he charged us big amount for fixing refrigerator which he didn't fix in more than 2 month and after spending more 3-4 full days at my house.He also never refunded the charges .
Obviously he didn't know what he was doing!!!

They were supposed to show up between 8am-4pm for a diagnostic service and were a no call/no show. Extremely frustrating that they didn’t have the courtesy to call and reschedule. Yet, you’re expected to sit around all day waiting for them.

I asked for half a day off at work so that the technician would show up at my place during a day of the week some time between 12:30 and 4:00 pm. They never showed up or called to explain the delay during this timeframe. Though I got the apologies when I phoned them around 4:10 pm, I asked for half day at work to just wait for nothing... If there was a change of plans, they should have informed me before hand to be, at the very least, respectful with the customer...

I had the diagnosis of the problem for my washer; you just need to push start and cancel bottoms for my washer to show the error code. I called Elitech and told them the washer needs its control board replaced. I thought they would be ready to repair/replace the washer control board, but they didn’t! They came over to do the same thing (pressing those 2 buttons), and charged me $75 for telling me the error code I already knew about. Of course, expect to pay for a second visit if you want them to come back with the control board... I would not consider this very professional.

If I could give them no starts I would,
We had gotten a Firdgadaire stove a year ago and had nothing but issues and after they sent out 3 guys from one company we asked for them to send out someone from a different company, they sent Elitech, the first one said there was part that was need and we waited way to long for the part to get to them and then when it arrived the last guy they sent out replaced the part and then told us that it was infested with bugs, which we never had, and told us that it wasn't repairable bacuase of that and then he turned around and lied to Fridgadiare saying that it was infested so now Fridgadaire won't do any thing but give us mere 40% refund.
I do not recomend both Elitech and Fridgadaire at all!!!!

Don't hire this company. You are wasting your time!! The technician couldn't get my refrigerator repaired, walked away and left a big mess on my hand. My refrigerator is only 5 years old and the technician was incapable of finding the problem. Hiring this company is essentially wasting your time and money! I was left with a broken refrigerator for 2 months, including Christmas and New Year Day. Terrible!!

Avoid This Company – Unreliable Repairs and Zero Accountability

This company does not stand behind its work. We hired them to fix our LG washing machine, which was showing an error code. The technician diagnosed the issue as worn suspension rods and insisted it was worth repairing. After replacing the parts, he left without even testing the machine. Unsurprisingly, the same error code appeared immediately when we ran a cycle.

When we followed up, we were told the old parts had already been discarded, so a return and refund for the $160 in new parts was “not possible.” The owner then suggested replacing the rotor and another component—repairs that would cost nearly as much as a new machine. That’s not a solution; it’s just throwing more money at a problem they failed to fix in the first place.

The owner refused to take responsibility and left us with a broken appliance and a wasted repair bill. This is completely unacceptable. A professional repair company should verify their work and offer real solutions when repairs fail—not leave customers worse off.

Do not trust this company with your appliances. You risk wasting your time and money.
