I had different crews almost weekly. It was hit or miss. Sometimes my shower wasn’t cleaned, and sometimes it was fantastic. What ended our relationship was when I found items missing from my home. I called the owner of the company and he denied and took zero responsibility. Very upsetting. I have heard many success stories with good crews from this company, however I can not recommend. I am out about $300-400 in stolen items.

I used T and M cleaning for the home I just purchased. I was very pleased with their service. They contacted me on the way here and once here, asked what exactly I was looking for and said there were several different options depending on what I wanted. They were efficient and pleasant. I will be using their service again.

I have used T&M for a very long time - like 20+ years - and they are very valuable to me! I love the training protocol that creates an efficient and very effective team that stays focused and fast but are still delightful to get to know. Years ago, I had to let them know that they didn't need to dust every one of my daughter's Breyer horses - it was ok to skip them! They are not afraid to dig in. You should see my basement now! I recently had T&M clean my new house and a rental unit I own. Both cleanings were great. The staff was very nice and they fit me in after I called last minute to clean our house! I think they are a family business and it shows! They really care for their customers.

I was so happy with this company. We just moved here and the garage and the basement were neglected. They did a great job in both the old basement and the garage. The company sent 4 girls.. they worked so hard and I am so very happy that I found this company. They cleaned the floors, walls, dewebbed, wiped down, and when they were done it was a pleasure to walk through. They are well worth the money if you dont have the time or energy to do these sorts of jobs. I was so happy I tipped each of them, they deserved it. Thank you T&M.

We needed a cleaner for a basement of a house that we were selling. It hasn't been cleaned in years and was in poor shape. T & M's crew came in and worked so hard cleaning floors, walls and cobwebs. They did such a fantastic job that we asked them to come back and do the upstairs too! I would highly recommend them. It is worth the money!

Our company, Lifetime Radon Solutions, uses T & M Cleaning for detailing all of our vehicles. Dave Jr has been wonderful to work with and always does a phenomenal job with quick turnaround time for a fair price. We would recommend this place to anyone!

First, let me say I've received nothing in exchange for this review of T&M. They simply cleaned and detailed my car. Prior to listing my car for private party sale, I realized that I did not possess the skills to clean and detail the vehicle. I searched and read reviews of people who do auto detailing. I decided to have T&M do the work. As a result of the quality of their work, specifically Mike in whose hands the work was done, I was able to sell the vehicle for $2,000-$4,000 over the listing prices of the same make and model. The new owners were stunned by the cleanliness of my car. It was a significant factor in making the sale. A special thank you to Mike at T&M for the work he did.

I have used the interior car detailing service a few times and find their work to be impeccable. Every nook and cranny, carpets, dash, ventilation, you name it...immaculate. People always ask if I got a new car when I get it back. Add on the convenience of them picking up and dropping off my car for a mere extra $20 and it's golden. I always recommend them when people are looking. Thinking about checking more into the house cleaning just to get a "start over" after 15 years. But the interior car detailing is outstanding.

My husband and I have used T & M for several years and are very impressed with their workers and crew leaders. There is something to be said about a crew of 4 tackling a large home and finishing the work in an hour or an hour and a half. We've also had their crews for specialized cleaning work such as windows, basement and the garage. We recommend them highly.

I have went through a few cleaning agencies ever since my husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. No company lasted long due to different issues. T&M is the only company that does amazing work and I trust fully. It is so awesome to have 4 staff come in and clean my house at the same time. They are quick and thorough. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I was extremely satisfied with T&M Cleaning Services. The team was very professional and did truly an AMAZING job. I feel they did more than I expected and they worked so hard on making sure everything was perfect. If your looking for a cleaning service than T&M is the company to contact. Highly recommended for home cleaning and auto detail...I get my home cleaned every 4 weeks and they do an excellent job! It’s such a relief to come home to a clean house after a long day of work. From the folded towels in the bathroom to the vacuum lines in the carpet they are always thorough. I also have gotten both of my cars detailed and experienced the same level of care! I haven’t found a company comparable for my at home needs! Thanks T&M!

T & M has been cleaning my home for years. Cleaning crews are consistently pleasant and efficient. They do a great job in keeping my home looking and feeling fresh and dust-free. No easy task, as I have boatloads of breakables on bookshelves and coffee tables.

Owner David is available and responsive. When I have special cleaning request, I simply call to arrange for additional service. Keep up the great work!

I have been using T&M since 2006 when they did a thorough cleaning of our former home just before we listed it for sale. That was a great investment. They made the house spotless and sparkling. Now I call on them regularly to clean my new home. Over these 12 years, they have been consistently great. They always have a crew of 4 with one of them supervising. The cleaners are well trained, well organized, fast and super respectful. the crew travels from job-to-job so appointment times are approximate. They always call when they are on their way and are seldom more than 15 minutes off the ETA. I hope they continue to do well because I cannot imagine going back to the inconsistent cleaners I dealt with over the years.

We have been having T & M clean our home for over a year. They always do a great job and are on time and very friendly. We have left the crew notes on several occasions about special things we would like cleaned and they always get the job done. We have also had them detail our cars several times and have been very pleased with their work. I have recommended them to family and friends looking to have their homes cleaned or cars detailed.

My home garage was a mess. T&M sent a fantastic crew of four over to my home. In an hour they had it clean, swept,and hosed out. Lawn implements and storage containers were wiped clean, dust bunnies removed! I am so happy with my clean garage! They did an excellent job!
I so appreciate the work they did. Team was friendly, professional, and made good suggestions. I will definitely have them back for future cleanings and would recommend to others.

So incredibly dissatisfied with the communication from this company. We had discussed a move out clean for months - we needed the cleaners to come in at noon after the movers left. I called and left multiple messages the week of our move trying to confirm. Finally got David on the phone, at which point he said he had never agreed to the terms of our move out clean (arriving after movers) and that the job couldn’t be done in the time we needed (3-4 hours with 4 people working). He was never going to call to let me know they couldn’t do it, and left me without move out cleaners 2 days before we moved out. Completely unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend them.

*Edit after response from owner: I did question why the service was longer one time - my husband asked for extra time without my knowledge, we paid and didn’t complain. The fact that I hired another company and paid for a 4 hour clean should indicate I wasn’t unwilling to pay. Not ok to ghost a regular customer last minute and berate me on the phone.

I give my highest recommendation for T&M Cleaning Services! They have been cleaning our Milwaukee house for over 3 years on a monthly basis. They come as a team of four and work super fast to complete my entire house in an hour! That scenario worked great for me as it minimized the interruption to my work. They did a great job on the usual maintenance such as floors, bathrooms, changing bedding, dusting, vacuuming, microwave, etc. But then, they would rotate the less frequently needed duties across the visits, such as cleaning ceiling fans, baseboards, guest rooms (as needed). Very pleasant people, we loved Nora, our team lead! David was always accommodating if we had to move from our regularly scheduled date. Again, T&M folks are great!
