I will not lie I was not happy with the cleaning service but after talking with the office and manager they came back and did a phenomenal job! Very friendly staff and will listen to any of your questions or concerns. Just be thorough before they come and clean so they know exactly what you’re looking for ! Thank you team 8 for coming back I really appreciate it !! Tammy was amazing as well.

I used their service for deep cleaning’s in last year in winter . Don’t wanna give any reviews but I’m still keep getting messages for review. So finally I decided after this long to share my personal experience with them , was horrible They came on time were 3women they introduced themselves was decent , I have to go on work so I trusted them and I gave them key and left . The cleaning they done I can’t say was deep cleaned and dust cleaned with wet clothes using nothing else was sticking on windows and bathrooms floors was as usual mopping only nothing special they did . I left and later I found out my stuff was missing too my household items . I bought new stuff cause I just was moved in was in the corner in bags , I didn’t check anything i never thought this could happened but I was missing a lot items …. Was really hurting cause I was going through my life and being single mother and just was started earning they charged me $1200 and they were done in less than 3 hrs . never will recommend to them . This was my personal experience with them .

The women who came to my house were exceptional. They are extraordinarily professional. They did an fabulous job. I tried to do things on my own for two years. I have MS and did a little everyday. They came in and did EVERYTHING. I should have done this much sooner. Excellent. I chose this company because they are in and out. I did not want one person to be at my home for a whole day.

Maid Brigade of Milwaukee has been our exclusive cleaning service for years. They are excellent - consistent, polite, do quality work, and the office responds quickly to any questions that come up. I won't use anyone else!

I use the monthly cleaning option and budg the known amount right into my monthly budget. My house gets a fresh start once a month and I can think about other things! This option takes care of the things you would do if you were having guests -and leaves everything clean, fresh and peaceful. The local office has been wonderfully responsive working with me through the pandemic to make sure times worked etc… very satisfied long time customer!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I've never been so disappointed with a service before. They had to clean an empty condo and every surface, in every room, was not done well at all. They even admitted to having a faulty vacuum but claimed they brought in a new one: the five bobby pins, along with other debris, I picked out of the carpet say otherwise. Not to mention the pile of debris and dog hair I swept from the hardwood floor after the cleaning was "done". I paid extra to have drawers and cabinets cleaned; in both bathrooms toothpaste stains remained in the drawers. They used an abrasive cleaner on the stove top which left the entire surface scratched. The only part of this cleaning that was actually done well was the refrigerator. The cleaning was arranged for the new, first time home owners, and I've never been more embarrassed or appalled with a business or service. I would never recommend them.

The team was efficient, thorough and did a great job of cleaning. We had some obstacles due to a remodeling project and the team was very flexible and worked around the mess. The team is also very friendly and cordial.

I'm in love with Maid Brigade. I have had them as my team twice now - I moved away and never found a cleaning team as wonderful in Chicago. When I come home to their clean house, I feel like I could eat off of the floor (and I have a dog). They have incredible attention to detail - going so far as to vacuum my padded headboard. I can't recommend them enough!

I hired Maid Brigade to deep clean my house and holy cow did they deliver! They cleaned things I didn’t even know COULD get clean (it’s an old house). They were incredibly thorough and worked really hard for hours on end. Maid Brigade not only meets my expectations, they often exceed them. I treasure their non-toxic green cleaning system, their efficiency and thoroughness, and especially their willingness to go above and beyond if I need a little extra help with something ( not out of the ordinary and within their scope of course) and they have the time. The cleaning staff, home office and the owner are pleasant to work with and aim to please. They are reasonably priced and I often recommend them!
